Warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” and the regime begin the 87th day of the most violent escalation with intensive airstrikes on Hama countryside and Mountains of the coast

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of air and ground bombardment with the entry of the most violent escalation within the “Putin- Erdogan” to its 87th day, where the Russian warplanes carried out after midnight of yesterday raids on al-Lataminah and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Hama, and they carried out this morning several raids on Kabani hills in the northern countryside of Latakia, while 3 helicopters took shifts in bombing Kabani area and al-Sermaniyyeh are this morning, the helicopters also dropped several barrel bombs on the towns of Morek and al-Lataminah in the northern sector of Hama countryside, and in the same context, the factions shelled after midnight Qamhana town and the vicinity of Muhradah Power Plant by several shells, while the regime forces launched tens of rocket and artillery shells on places in Kafr Zita, Tal Meleh, al-Jabin and Sahl al-Ghab at the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, and al-Rashedin area in the western countryside of Aleppo, and Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman areas in the Latakia countryside, as well as Kafrnebbul south Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory documented yesterday the death of 25 people within “Putin – Erdogan” area as a result of air and ground strikes by warplanes of the Syrian regime and the Russian guarantor as well as the factions’ shelling on a neighborhood which is under the control of the regime in Aleppo city, they are: 10 citizens including 3 children and 2 women were killed in Russian bombardment on Tabishh village in the southern countryside of Idlib, 5 persons including a citizen woman, her child and another child who were killed in bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Ariha city in the southern countryside of Idlib, 3 persons including a woman and her son whose bodies were charred after the burning of a vehicle they were traveling in due to rocket shelling carried out by the factions on Al-Hemdaniyyeh neighborhood in Aleppo city, 3 persons were killed in bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Muhambal area west of Idlib, 2 men were killed as a result of ground shelling on the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town north of Hama, a child died affected by injuries he had in bombing by the regime’s warplanes on Jub al-Kas village in the southern countryside of Aleppo days ago, and a woman died affected by injuries she had days ago in bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Othmaniyyeh village in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2694, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 24th of July 2019, and they are: 794 civilians including 200 children and 148 citizen women, and they are 131 including 30 children and 28 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 432 including 120 children, 75 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 100 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 70 citizens including 23 children and 11 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 977 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 614 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 923 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 24th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3223 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1080 civilians including 282 children under the age of eighteen and 212 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 96 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1063 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 659 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1080 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3453 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1163 civilians including 310 children and 226 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 96 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1130 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 673 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1160 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
