Within “Putin –Erdogan” area, the Russian guarantor kills more than 135 civilians including 60 children and women, and targets about 20 hospitals and medical centers
Russia is applying the saying “lie the lie and believe it”, where it spares no chance to deny through its Ministry of Defense or its official sources that its forces in Syria have committed massacres against the Syrian civilians within “Putin – Erdogan” area, how does it not of that and it is on the side of Turkey; the “guarantor” of the stop of the military operations in this the area, however, it is in fact a key partner with the Syrian regime in destroying the area significantly and displacing more than 500000 Syrians from their areas, in addition to carrying out several massacres and killing tens of civilians.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that the Russian warplanes carried out more than 2350 airstrikes since the beginning of the violent escalation on the 30th of April 2019, until the morning of the 25th of July 2019, these strikes caused several massacres and killed 136 civilians including 31 children, 29 women, and 5 of the civil defense members, they were killed during this period in Russian airstrikes on Idlib and Hama, in addition to hundreds of injuries of the Russian shelling.
In addition to killing the Syrian civilians, the Russian warplanes directly targeted public and medical facilities which receive the people who are wounded in the criminal strikes by the Russians and the Syrian regime, where the Syrian Observatory documented that 20 hospitals and health centers went out of service since the start of the most violent escalation by Russian strikes, and they are: the hospitals of al-Sham Central Hospital, Kafr Nubl Surgical Hospital, al-Sayyidah Mariam, al-Khatib, the Orient in Kafr Nubl, Nabd al-Hayat Hospital in Hass, al-Maghara Hospital and Sham Hospital in al-Lataminah town, specialized gynecological and children Hospital in Hawash village, Kiwan hospital in Kafr Aweed, Hospital 112 in Qal’aat al-Madiq, al-Tah Hospital, in addition to destroying 4 health centers in al-Hbit, al-Rakaya, and Ma’aret Hurmah in the southern countryside of Idlib, and al-Ghab al-Awsat center.
