Large military reinforcements of the regime forces arrive in the fronts of Hama countryside…in conjunction with the rotation of a squadron of helicopters bombing areas north of Hama

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of large military reinforcements of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in the areas of Shezr and Al-Turaymisah in the northern countryside of Hama, and in the same context, the SOHR monitored today evening, a squadron of helicopters dropping barrel bombs on the towns of Al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita and Latmin north of Hama, in conjunction with heavy rocket shelling carried out by the regime’s ground forces on the clash areas in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, raising to 50, the number of barrel bombs thrown by helicopters on Morek, al-Lataminah, Lahaya, Kafr Zita and Latmin in the northern countryside of Hama, al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, in addition to Kafruma south of Idlib, also it rose to about 260, the number of rocket shells launched by the regime forces on areas within the southern countryside of Idlib, the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, the southern countryside of Aleppo, and the clash areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia

In the same context, the Syrian Observatory documented 49 raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Latmin, Kafr Zita, al-Lataminah and its surroundings in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, the western outskirts of Idlib, the vicinity of Al-Tah, Maarrat al-Nu’man and its outskirts, Kafruma, Khan Shaykhun and its outskirts and Tahtaya in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, while it documented 40 raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since this morning targeting areas in al-Atareb, Urem, the Regiment 46 and Al-Mohandessin countryside in the western countryside of Aleppo, ICARDA, Bawabiyyahthe vicinity of AlBarqum, Al-Kamary and Al-Nakhil farms in the southern countryside of Aleppo, Morek town and Latmin north of Hama, in addition to the outskirts of Idlib city and the vicinity of Batinta and Kafrjales west of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2720, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 25th of July 2019, and they are: 808 civilians including 204 children and 151 citizen women, and they are 138 including 31 children and 29 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 439 including 123 children, 76 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 100 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 70 citizens including 23 children and 12 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 986 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 614 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 926 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 25th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3249 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1094 civilians including 286 children under the age of eighteen and 215 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 96 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1072 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 659 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1083 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3479 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1177 civilians including 314 children and 229 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 96 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1139 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 673 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1163 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
