About 500 air and ground strikes carried out by the regime and the Russians on the “de-escalation” zone on the 89th day of the fiercest escalation campaign…and about 24 persons were killed today in different circumstances within the area
The helicopters continued their bombardment during the latest hours of the 89th day of the escalation campaign on “Putin – Erdogan” area, where about 10 helicopters alternated bombing the cities of Al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita and the towns of Al-Zakah and Al-Arba’in in the northern countryside of Hama, raising to 52, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters since morning on areas in Al-Lataminah, Murak, Kafr Zita, Al-Zakah village and Al-Arba’in north of Hama, and Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, while it rose to 82, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since morning, on places in Ariha, Khan Shaykhun, the outskirts of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Muhambel, Arinbeh, Deir Sharqi, Al-Arba’in, the vicinity of Al-Tah, Kafr Oweid and a farm in its vicinity, Hish, the outskirts of Maarshourin, Sfuhen, Ein Larose and Al-Mawzarah in the southern and western sectors of Idlib countryside, Qrqour, Tal A’war, Al-Ankawi, Al-Ziyyara, Al-Zaqoum, Al-Duqmaq, the Power Plant near Zayzun, Murak, Kafr Zita, Hasraya, Al-Zakah and Al-Lataminah in both northern and north-western countryside of Hama, also the SOHR documented 43 raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Kafr Zita, Latmin, Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Murak and Hasraya in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, and Taftanaz Military Airbase, and it rose to 320, the number of shells that targeted the countryside of Hama, Idlib, Aleppo and Latakia, also the rebel and Islamic factions and the jihadi groups shelled by about 250 shells, villages located in the vicinity of jurin Campin adition to the areas of Kafr Houd and areas in the northern countryside of Hama, while the SOHR documented the death of 16 persons who were killed today, Saturday the 27th of July 2019, in Idlib and Latakia countryside, they are 11 persons including 7 children and one citizen woman at least, who were killed in a massacre carried out by the regime’s warplanes after targeting Ariha city in the southern countryside of Idlib, 3 of the medic groups after targeting by the Russian warplanes to their vehicle while heading to reliving injuries in the area between Kafr Zita and Al-Zakah north of Hama, a child was killed by airstrikes carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Halloubah Farm near Kafr Oweid, and a child girl affected by the injury she had as a result of bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on the outskirts of Hish village yesterday evening, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of 7 members of the jihadi groups as a result of Russian airstrikes that targeted their positions in the north-western countryside of Hama, in addition to a fighter was killed due to rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces yesterday evening on Al-Tuffahiyah area in the northern countryside Latakia.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2747, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 27th of July 2019, and they are: 824 civilians including 208 children and 151 citizen women, and they are 139 including 31 children and 29 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 454 including 127 children, 76 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 100 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 70 citizens including 23 children and 12 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 997 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 621 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 926 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 27th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3276 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1110 civilians including 290 children under the age of eighteen and 215 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 96 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1083 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 666 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1083 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3506 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1193 civilians including 318 children and 229 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 97 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1150 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 679 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1163 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
