The Russian guarantor’s warplanes commit a massacre that claimed the lives of 4 persons mostly women by aerial bombardment that targeted the northern countryside of Hama…in conjunction with rocket shelling by the rebel and Islamic factions on positions of the regime in Latakia countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 4 citizens they are: a man, his wife and their daughter as well as another woman as a result of bombardment by the Russian warplanes that targeted them while they were working in the agricultural lands at the outskirts of Al-Lataminah city in the northern countryside of Hama, in addition to the presence of a number of injuries which may raise the death toll, thus, it rose to 11, the number of people who were killed today, Monday as a result of bombardment on “Putin – Erdogan” area, they are: 4 people including a woman and a member of the Civil Defense who were killed due to bombardment by Russian warplanes on Kafr Zita town in the northern countryside of Hama, 4 including a citizen, his wife and their daughter as well as another woman were killed as a result of bombardment by the Russian warplanes that targeted them at the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama while they were working in the agricultural lands, 2 citizen women were killed as result of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on the agricultural lands of Latmin village in the northern countryside of Hama, and a man died affected by the injury he had as a result of aerial bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Hish village in the southern countryside of Idlib.

While the rebel and Islamic factions shelled Qalaat Shallaf and Nakhshaba village in Latakia countryside which are taken by the regime forces and their loyal militiamen as a base for launching the artillery and rocket shells on areas north of Latakia, while the violent clashes are still continuing in the areas of Kabana in the northern countryside of Latakia, between the factions and jihadi groups on one hand, against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them on the other, after a new advancement attempt by the regime forces backed by air and ground firepower, amid confirmed information about casualties and injuries in the ranks of the both parties, in the same context, it rose to 72, the number of raids carried out by warplanes on places in Kafr Zita, Al-Lataminah, Al-Zakah, Al-Sayyad, Lahaya, M’aarkaba, Latmin and Murak in the northern countryside of Hama, Khan Shaykhun and its vicinity in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, also it rose to 47, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on areas in Khan Shaykhun, Al-Hbit and Abdeen in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, Al-Sermaniyyeh, Dwayr Al-Akrad, Al-Arba’in, Kafr Zita, Hasraya and Al-Lataminah in the northern and north-eastern countryside of Hama, also it rose to 56, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Al-Zakah, Al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, Murak and Latmin north of Hama, and Tar’ei and Al-Sukayk in the eastern countryside of Idlib, in addition to the area of Kabana in Jabal Al-Akrad, also it rose to 225, the number of shells fired by the regime forces in the countryside of Hama, Aleppo, Idlib and Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2796, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 29th of July 2019, and they are: 848 civilians including 209 children and 158 citizen women, and they are 148 including 31 children and 35 women, and 6 of the civil defense and 3 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 63 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 463 including 127 children, 77 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 102 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 71 citizens including 24 children and 12 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1012 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 630 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 936 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 29th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3325 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1134 civilians including 291 children under the age of eighteen and 222 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 97 people including 29 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1102 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 675 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1093 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3555 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1217 civilians including 319 children and 236 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 98 people including 29 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1165 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 685 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1173 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
