The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of tens of trucks of the International Coalition towards the Syrian territory coming from northern Iraq; as part of a new batch of military and logistical assistance to the east Euphrates area where SDF control it, where the number of trucks entered within the hours the evening reached more than 100 trucks, raising to at least 2030, the number of trucks that entered within 21 batches to the east Euphrates area since the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces announced their control over the east of Euphrates.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published 14th of July 2019 that the Syrian Observatory monitored the entry of about 280 new trucks from the northern Iraq in 2 batches to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates, raising to at least 1730, the number of trucks within the 19 batches that entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates, since the announcement of control by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces east Euphrates.

entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates on Thursday evening, raising to at least 1220, the number of trucks in the 13 batches that entered the east Euphrates area since announcing control of east Euphrates by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 10th of June 2019 that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new batch of military and logistic assistance has entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: more than 55 trucks carrying vehicles, logistical and military assistance coming from the north Iraq through Semalka crossing point; entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates on Thursday evening, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 10th of May 2019 that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new batch of military and logistic assistance has entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: more than 50 trucks carrying vehicles, logistical, and military assistance coming from the north Iraq; entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates on Thursday evening, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 6th of May 2019 that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that more trucks have entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where on Sunday evening; more than 65 trucks carrying military and logistic assistance entered from the northern Iraq and headed to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas- in al-Hasaka, raising to 1010 at least, the number of vehicles of the 11 batches which entered east Euphrates area since the announcement of the victory over ISIS east Euphrates, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 2nd of May 2019 that military and logistic aid and reinforcements continue enter the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the entry of about 65 new trucks on Wednesday coming from northern Iraq to SDF-areas east of Euphrates, which is the 10th of its kind since the announcement of victory over ISIS, raising to at least 945, the count of the 10 batches that entered the east Euphrates area, since announcement of controlling the east Euphrates by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, and the Syrian Observatory published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new batch of trucks entered today evening, Sunday the 27th of April 2019, the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; 70 trucks carrying military and logistic assistance in addition to 4×4 vehicles, ambulances and caravans, entered today the SDF-held areas east of the Euphrates coming from the north of Iraq, and among the trucks’ total number, there are 15 tankers filled up with fuel, raising to at least 880, the number of the number of trucks entered within the 9 batches which entered the east Euphrates area since announcing control on the east Euphrates by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 22nd of April 2019, that a new batch of trucks has entered today evening, Monday, through Semalka crossing point towards the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces coming from the north of Iraq, where tens of trucks carrying military and logistic assistance headed to Amuda and then to Al-Hasakah, where this is the 8th batch of kind to be entered since the declaration of taking the control of the entire east of the Euphrates by the International Coalition and the SDF, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 19th of April 2019, that it monitored the entry of a new batch of trucks, which is the 7th of its kind, towards the Syrian territory, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: about 150 trucks carrying logistic and military supplies and equipment entered the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in the east Euphrates area coming from the north of Iraq at midnight last night, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 15th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of at least 95 trucks into the Syrian territory, coming from the north of Iraq, where the trucks carry logistical and military assistance and equipment including armored vehicles, a convoy of the trucks headed towards Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) airport, while the other column headed towards al-Shaddadi in al-Hasaka countryside, and this is the 6th batch of its kind that the International Coalition brought to Syria Democratic Forces, raising to 760, the number of trucks in the 6 batches that have entered the east Euphrates area since announcing the control of east Euphrates by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 8th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that two armored vehicles were seen at Kobani base east of Euphrates area, and reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the armored vehicles belong to the NATO Forces and entered on the evening on the 7th of April 2019, through Simalka crossing north of Iraq towards the east of Euphrates area, and arrived to Kobani airport, where this is considered the first time a NATO armored vehicles are seen in the area, while the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the entry of trucks coming through the Kurdistan area of Iraq continues towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates River, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of about 100 trucks at on yesterday carrying logistical and military assistance, vehicles and machines and they were distributed to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where a section of them were headed towards the area of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) and its surroundings, and others towards Tal Tamr  and Shaddadi in al-Hasakah and others towards Deir Ezzor.

And the Syrian Observatory published on the 6th of April 2019, that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of more batches from Kurdistan Region of Iraq, to the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces in the east of the Euphrates, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; about 60 trucks carrying, vehicles, Hummer vehicles and military and logistic assistance aboard, entered the area of the east Euphrates, coming from Kurdistan Region of Iraq, accompanied by 10 tankers containing fuel, thus, it rose to more than 560, the total number trucks within the 4 batches which have entered the area of east Euphrates, since the announcement about taking the control of the east of the Euphrates by the International Coalition and the SDF, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 1st of April 2019, that tens of trucks loaded with military assistance of logistic and military equipment, reached the area of the east Euphrates, within a new batch by the International Coalition, after the military operations against the “Islamic State” organization had been accomplished, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 25th of March 2019, that the victory of the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition on the “Islamic State” organization east of Euphrates area within the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor has barely ended, until the Coalition forces brought hundreds of trucks loaded with military and logistic assistance to the east Euphrates area, and they were distributed on bases of the Coalition in the area in different provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of about 400 trucks loaded with vehicles, machines, military, and logistic equipment, one of which entered yesterday night on Sunday, the 24th of March 2019, and the other one entered on Monday the 25th of March carrying large quantities of equipment, the first shipment was distributed at al-Shaddadi base and the bases in al-Hasaka countryside, while the second one went to Khrab Eshek base in the countryside of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani), after it entered the east Euphrates territory coming from the Kurdistan area of Iraq.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 19th of March 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a new column of trucks to the territory of the east of the Euphrates, coming from Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; tens of trucks entered the east of the Euphrates, from the crossing points linked to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, carrying logistic equipment and weapons aboard, within the first entry of military trucks after the official announcement of the victory over the “Islamic State” organization by the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 19th of March 2019, that it monitored the entry of a new batch of military equipment coming from the Kurdistan area of Iraq, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: a batch of about 200 trucks entered from the Kurdistan area of Iraq towards the east of Euphrates area, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the column is carrying military and logistic equipment, where it was escorted by two helicopters of the International Coalition, and the column headed towards Khrab Eshek base in the countryside of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) in the northeastern sector of Aleppo province, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 11th of March 2019 that the  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a batch of trucks to al-Hasaka Province, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that it is a batch of trucks loaded with equipment and logistic materials used in reconstruction process, while the people who have gotten out were transported towards Deir Ezzor countryside to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 26th of February 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of tens of trucks into Kobane Airbase in the east Euphrates area, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: about 200 trucks and carriers, some of which were loaded and others were empty, they entered Kobani Airbase in the northern sector of northeastern countryside of Aleppo within the east Euphrates area. Reliable sources confirmed that the trucks, in conjunction with entering a new batch of logistic equipment, materials, weapons, and ammunition; began the process of loading military equipment of the US Forces and the International Coalition to move them out of the Syrian territory, where the sources confirmed that the trucks will be transporting equipment according to the US withdrawal announced by Donald Trump on the 19th of December 2018, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 24th January 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that at least 250 trucks of the International Coalition, loaded with weapons, ammunition and logistic equipment, have entered the Syrian territory today, Thursday, where they were distributed to the International Coalition’s bases in Ayn Al-Arab (Kobani), Ayn Al-Arab’s airport, Ayn Issa, Al-Raqqah, Tal Tamr and others in the provinces of Aleppo, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in the same context, reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that hundreds of members of the US forces have entered the Syrian territory in the past 24 hours, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 14th of January 2019, that it obtained information from a number of reliable sources that a column of tens of vehicles has entered the Syrian territory in the east of the Euphrates, through the crossing point linking between the area and Kurdistan Region of Iraq and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; a column of 100 vehicles carrying military and logistic equipment entered the area of east Euphrates, coming from Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and headed to the bases of the International Coalition, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 11th of January 2019, that it monitored a column of the International Coalition headed towards areas in the northeastern sector of Aleppo Province, and the northern countryside of al-Raqqah Province, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: a column of about 150 vehicles carrying armored vehicles, military, and logistical equipment was seen heading towards the base of al-Jalbiyyeh in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah city and the airport of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) in Aleppo countryside, coming from al-Hasaka Province, the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the convoy which was heading towards the countryside of Al-Raqqah and Aleppo was carrying equipment for the military forces who were replaced days ago with troops coming from the US bases in Iraq, and these reinforcements came hours after the withdrawal of 10 American vehicles from al-Rmelan base in the northeastern countryside of al-Hasakah towards the Iraqi side, accompanied by teams of mine engineering and 150 members of the US Forces.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 11th of January 2019, that the forces that withdrew during the past 24 hours from the northeastern countryside of al-Hasakah; towards the Iraqi side are US forces consist of 10 machines with teams of mine engineering, accompanied by 150 members, where they withdrew from al-Rmelan military base which includes a landing platform for helicopters, which was one of the first military bases established for the International Coalition on the Syrian territory after its military intervention in Syria on the 23rd of September 2014, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that similar withdrawals are expected to take place in the coming days and weeks in the form of small groups, which will withdraw sequentially from several bases and locations of the US Forces east of Euphrates River, the Syrian Observatory also learned that the land on which the American bases were built had been purchased from its former civilian owners for double their values, and the bases were heavily fortified in terms of construction, logistics, and security and other military aspects.

The Coalition has established at least 21 different bases in areas east of Euphrates and in Manbij area in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo at the west bank of the river including 6 major bases, these bases are distributed in the area of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani), Khrab Ishak, and Manbij in Aleppo Province, and Ein Issa, al-Raqqah, and al-Tabaqa in al-Raqqah Province, al-Shaddadi, al-Hool, Tal Tamr, Tal Baidar and Rmaylan in al-Hasaka Province, and al-Omar oilfield and al-Bahra in the countryside of Deir Ezzor. The major bases include airports for the landing and takeoff of planes, and some of them were built in the form of small bases, also the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the bases are protected continuously through the aerial surveillance of warplanes in the sky area of the base, and through cars roaming the perimeter of the bases as well as fixed checkpoints scattered around the perimeter of these bases and airports, to protect them from any attacks Individually or collectively by the “Islamic State” organization or any other cells that seek to target the area.

Also the International Coalition through their committees on the ground in the east of Euphrates; are carrying out periodic meetings with the aim of developing institutions located in the east of Euphrates, where these committees provide logistical support, financial support, and equipment for the committees that requests their specific assistance, also these committees supervise the process of managing affairs of many service and administrative parties in an undeclared manner, and provide their contributions in developing the service management and organizing the work of the institutions supervising eastern areas of Euphrates.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published days ago that tens of trucks entered the area of the east of the Euphrates, within the 3rd batch of military and logistic aid to be delivered to the area of east Euphrates, since the decision of the US president, Donald Tramp, to withdraw the American forces from the east of the Euphrates and from the Syrian territory, and the Syrian Observatory learned that about 150 trucks carrying military vehicles and military and logistic equipment have reached the area of east Euphrates, coming from Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where they headed to the areas where they will be unloaded within the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces, while the SOHR monitored on the 29th of December 2018, the entry of tens of trucks coming from Kurdistan Region of Iraq, to areas in the Syrian interior within the area of the east of the Euphrates, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the recent hours of today, Saturday the 29th of December 2018, witnessed the entry of about 200 trucks loaded with weapons, ammunition and other logistic equipment, to the International Coalition military bases in Al-Raqqah, Manbij and Ayn Issa, and this is the second convoy to be entered the east Euphrates, after the US decision on the 19th of December 2018, to withdraw its forces from the area, and this action is coincided with the talks that are underway among the circles of the American administration about withdrawing the weapons or keeping them in the Syria Democratic Forces’ possession.
