Syria: Daesh attack kills 5 soldiers in Deir al-Zour

as many as five Syrian soldiers were murdered and four others injured in an ambush by the Islamic State (IS) terrorists in Syria, a war monitor emphasized on Friday.

The Daesh terrorists ambushed the Syrian soldiers in the desert region of the city of al-Mayadeen in the eastern countryside of Deir al-Zour Province, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

According to the London-based watchdog, at least 177 Syrian forces and pro-government fighters have been murdered in such IS ambushes since March.

It is worth to mention that the radical Daesh organization lost control in main areas in Deir al-Zour over the past two years.
