A commander of a rebel corps died affected by the injury he had due to an explosion that targeted him yesterday north of Idlib province

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a commander of a rebel corps affected by the injury he had due to an IED explosion that targeted his vehicle yesterday, Sunday, in Binnish city in Idlib countryside, the explosion also resulted in the injury of a child girl, and with the fall of more casualties it rose to 582, the number of people who were killed in the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, since the 26th of April 2018, the date of starting the security chaos to be escalated in the province, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and another child was with them, and the attorney-general of the Ministry of Justice of the Rescue Government, in addition to 160 civilians including 21 children and 13 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 360 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 62 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.

And the SOHR published on the 4th of August 2019, that the escalating security chaos continues in areas of control of Tahrir al-Sham and the factions in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, where an IED exploded in a car in Binnish city north of Idlib, which injure a man and a child in addition to material damage in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of 2 of the jihadi organization “Hurras al-Dien” in Khirbet al-Naqous area at Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and the Organization said in a statement that the fighters were killed in clashes against the Russian Forces in the area yesterday evening, while information reported that they were assassinated by unknown people, and the SOHR published this morning that an explosion was heard during the late hours of the night in Ta’oum town east of Idlib province, it was caused by the explosion of an IED planted in a car in the town which caused material damage in the area, also another IED explode in the agricultural road connecting Hazrah and Dier Hassan in the northern countryside of Idlib near the border with Iskenderun, but no information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 3rd of August 2019 that as soon as the cautious and relative calm within the “de-escalation” area prevails; the assassinations and targeting return to the top of events in areas of control of the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the explosion of an IED in a military vehicle in Taftanaz town in the eastern countryside of Idlib Saturday morning, which killed a member of the Islamic factions, this comes as part of the series of security chaos, activity of ISIS cells, and cells of the Syrian regime, not to mention the war of liquidating between active factions in the area.

And the SOHR published on the 29th of July 2019, that it monitored violent clashes by medium and light weapons between the security services of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against a cell affiliated to the “Islamic State” organization, in the eastern neighborhood in Saraqeb town in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, where Tahrir Al-Sham has cordoned off the neighborhood amid the sound of violent explosions in the area and information about blowing a member of the cell himself up using an explosive belt, while the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of 2 members of the jihadi faction by unidentified persons believed to be of ISIS cells, where their bodies were found near Maarrat Masrin.
