The regime forces renew their targeting to Hama countryside and the Syrian coastline in the frame of the ongoing ground violations to the ceasefire agreement within the “de-escalation” zone

Relative calm is still prevailing the whole of the “de-escalation” zone on the 4th day after the start of putting the ceasefire agreement into effect in the area, where the warplanes and helicopters are still continuing to be absent from the airspace, amid renewed violations monitored this morning by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, where the regime forces returned to shell by rocket shells, areas in Al-Zakah and Kafr Zita towns in the northern sector of Hama countryside, they also targeted by short-range missiles, places in Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, without information about causing human losses so far, and the SOHR published today morning, that it monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces targeted places in “Putin – Erdogan” area, in the framework of continuation of violations as the ceasefire enters its 4th day in a row, where the regime forces targeted after midnight of yesterday and this morning by about 50 shells and missiles places in Khan Shaykhun and al-Hbit in the southern Idlib countryside, Kafr Zita and al-Zakat in the northern countryside of Hama, while a violent explosion shook al-Hammamiyyat area which is controlled by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information until the moment about the nature of the explosion, and in the same context, warplanes of both the Syrian regime and the Russians are still absent from the atmosphere since the start of ceasefire agreement, and the Syrian Observatory monitored yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the rebel factions destroying a tracked dozer affiliated to the regime forces using an anti-tank missile, which tried to advance to lift the dirt barriers and remove mines in the area of Hasraya in the northern countryside of Hama, while the SOHR documented today, at least 450 shells and missiles launched by today by the regime forces and the factions within the “de-escalation” zone, where the regime forces targeted al-Zakah, al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, the vicinity of Morek and Khirbat al-Naqus in the northern countryside of Hama, Kafr Ein and Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to Bdama town west of Idlib, while the jihadi factions targeted by tens of rocket shells areas under the control of the regime forces in Salanfah and its vicinity in Latakia countryside.

And in connection to this, the Syrian Observatory documented today the death of 3 persons they are: a woman who was killed in Bdama town as a result of the rocket shelling which targeted the town today afternoon, and 2 children who died affected by wounded they had in air and ground shelling on “Putin – Erdogan” area, one of them died affected by injuries he had in bombing on Marshourin village in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man a few days ago, and the other one died affected by injuries he had in rocket shelling by the regime forces on Jisr al-Shughur city 3 days ago, in addition to the fall of civilian injuries in Bdama and Al-Zakah.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2921, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 4th of August 2019, and they are: 868 civilians including 217 children and 161 citizen women, and they are 149 including 31 children and 35 women, and 6 of the civil defense and 3 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 63 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 474 including 131 children, 78 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 108 people including 20 women and 20 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 76 citizens including 25 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1069 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 669 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 984 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 4th of August 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3450 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1154 civilians including 299 children under the age of eighteen and 225 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 102 people including 30 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1155 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 714 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1141 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3680 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1237 civilians including 328 children and 239 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 103 people including 30 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1222 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 727 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1221 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
