4 casualties are the first victims of the aerial bombardment after the collapse of the truce between the Russians and the Turks

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the first massacre against citizens after the collapse of the ceasefire agreement within “Putin – Erdogan” area, where 4 citizens were killed and others were injured as a result of targeting by the regime’s helicopters to Murak city in the northern countryside of Hama by explosive barrels today evening.

While the SOHR documented during this day more air and ground strikes by the regime’s warplanes and helicopters and the Russian warplanes, where it rose to 42, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Khan Shaykhun, Kafr Sajna, Al-Taman’aa, Hish, Sheikh Damis, Al-Tah, Madaya, Basida and the outskirts of Maarrat Al-Nu’man in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita and Al-Sermaniyyeh in the northern in the north-eastern countryside of Hama, while the helicopters dropped more than 38 barrel bombs on Khan Shaykhun south of Idlib, and Kafr Zita, Al-Lataminah Murak and Al-Arba’in north of Hama, while the Russian warplanes carried out 12 raids on Al-Khudur area and Tardin in Jabal Al-Akrad, and Khan Shaykhun city, Tal A’as, Madaya and Abdeen in the southern sector of Idlib countrysidem and the Syrian Observatory published that it monitored that the aerial bombardment was resumed today afternoon on “Putin – Erdogan” area, where the regime’s warplanes carried out raids on Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with the flight of warplanes and helicopters over the area,  after the aerial bombardment has been halted for about 3 days and half, while the jihadi groups shelled positions of the regime west of Abu Al-Duhur Military Airbase in the eastern countryside of Idlib by rocket shells, also the Islamic factions shelled positions of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in Buraydij Camp in the northern countryside of Hama.

While it rose to 250, the number of rocket shells through which the regime forces targeted places in Khan Shaykhun, Al-Hbit and Horsh Abdeen in the southern countryside of Idlib, Al-Najiyyeh town and its outskirts and the vicinity of Maraand village in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, in addition to Kafr Zita, Al-Lataminah and Al-Zakah in the northern countryside of Hama, they also targeted by short-range missiles, places in Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2925, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 4th of August 2019, and they are: 872 civilians including 217 children and 161 citizen women, and they are 149 including 31 children and 35 women, and 6 of the civil defense and 3 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 67 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 474 including 131 children, 78 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 106 people including 20 women and 20 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 76 citizens including 25 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1069 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 669 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 984 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 4th of August 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3454 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1158 civilians including 299 children under the age of eighteen and 225 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 102 people including 30 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1155 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 714 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1141 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3684 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1241 civilians including 328 children and 239 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 103 people including 30 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1222 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 727 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1221 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
