Casualties and injuries in a series of attacks carried out by unidentified gunmen by machineguns and IEDs against members of the SDF east of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen assassinated 3 members of the Syria Democratic Forces, in the towns of Hawayij, Theban and Al-Tayyanah in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor after targeting them by machineguns, and in the same context, an explosion was heard in the east of Deir Ezzor, it turned out to be caused by and IED that exploded in a military vehicle of the SDF which resulted in the death of one member and the injury of another one.

The SOHR published that an IED exploded Wednesday evening in al-Wasi’aa village near al-Suwar town in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, amid alert situation among members of the Syria Democratic Forces in the area and shooting in the air, while the Syrian Observatory monitored on the 7th of August 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle, have assassinated 2 members of the Syria Democratic Forces in Swidan Jazira village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after shooting them by machineguns, and in the same context, a violent explosion was heard today evening in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, it turned out to be caused by an IED that exploded while a Hummer vehicle of the SDF was passing by in Al-Shuhayl town east of Deir Ezzor, which destroyed it and killed 2 members of the SDF.

And the SOHR published on the 3rd of August 2019, that unidentified gunmen riding 4 motorcycles opened fire on a military outpost of the Syria Democratic Forces in Al-Shuhayl town east of Deir Ezzor, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 27th of July 2019, that 2 gunmen on a bike attacked a vehicle affiliated to the Syria Democratic Forces in Al-Shuhayl town east of Deir Ezzor, where the attackers threw sonic bombs after they had opened fire of their machineguns on the vehicle, then they escaped to unknown destination, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today, Friday, a new assassination of a prominent leader east Euphrates, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: unidentified gunmen believed to be of ISIS cells assassinated at dawn of today, Friday, Yasser al-Dahla, the former commander in the Syria Democratic Forces in addition to al-Nukhba Forces of Ahmad al-Jarba, in a machinegun attack on the road of Deir Ezzor – al-Hasaka, others were injured, and there are two missing persons so far, and with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 341 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 95 civilians including 5 children and 4 women in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 244 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury.
