Warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” and the regime continue their intense escalation within “Putin – Erdogan” area by carrying out and dropping about 120 raids and barrel bombs on the countryside of Hama and Idlib

Areas of khan Shaykhun, al-Tamanah, Abdeen, Kafr Sajna and their surroundings in the southern countryside of Idlib witnessed displacement within the past 24 hours, as a result of the violent land and air escalation by the regime and its Russian ally, where tens of people of these areas were displaced after most of the inhabitants were already displaced earlier since the beginning of the most violent escalation, while regime’s warplanes and helicopters and the Russian warplanes continue to escalate the bombings on the countryside of Idlib and Hama within the “de-escalation” area during Monday, in a regular daily scene carried out by Russia and the Syrian regime to displace the citizens and the advance on the ground, where it rose to 52, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Arinbeh, Abdeen and its surroundings, Mughr al-Hanta, Sheikh Mustafa, al-Naqir, Rakaya Sajna, Mdaya, al-Mardam, Om Zaytouna, Kafr Ain, al-Tamanah, Khan Shaykhun, Tal Aas, and Tal Tar’ei in the southern countryside of Idlib, Kafr Zita, and al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, also it rose to 45, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on places in Khan Shaykhun, Sheikh Mustafa, Abdeen, Kafr Ain, al-Tamanah, Om Jalal, outskirts Kafrsajna, Muqah, Tal Tar’ei, and Tal Aas in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in Kafr Zita, al-Lataminah, and Morek in the northern countryside of Hama, while it rose to 21, the number of airstrikes carried out by the Russian warplanes targeting areas in al-Tamanah, Sheikh Mustafa, Khan Shaykhun, Karsa’a, Hazarin, Tal Tar’ei, Kafr Ain, and Tal Aas south Idlib, and the vicinity of al-Alia west Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3194, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 12th of August 2019, and they are: 890 civilians including 219 children and 161 citizen women, and they are 162 including 31 children and 35 women, and 6 of the civil defense and 3 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 68 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 475 including 132 children, 78 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 106 people including 20 women and 20 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 79 citizens including 26 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1224 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 772 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 1080 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 12th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3723 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1176 civilians including 301 children under the age of eighteen and 225 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 105 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1310 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 817 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1237 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3953 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1259 civilians including 330 children and 239 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 106 people including 31 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1377 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 830 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1317 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
