The Turkish forces shell areas under the control of the Kurdish forces north of Aleppo by heavy artillery

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today evening, artillery shelling carried out by the Turkish forces which targeted areas in the villages and towns of Ein Daqneh, Al-Alqamiyah, Shawarghah, Al-Malikiyah, Menagh Military Airbase and Maraanaz which are under the control of the Kurdish forces north of Aleppo, without information about casualties.

And the SOHR published on the 17th of August 2019, that it monitored the eruption of violent clashes today evening by light and medium weapons between the regime forces against pro-Turkey factions, in the areas of Al-Sokkariyeh, Al-Na’mat Farm and Al-Tafri’ah in the eastern part of Al-Bab city which is under the control of the factions of “Euphrates Shield” north-east of Aleppo, in an attempt by the regime forces to advance towards posts of the factions in the area.

And the SOHR published on the 4th of July 2019, that it monitored clashes after midnight of yesterday in Hazwan area west of al-Bab city northeast of Aleppo, between the Turkey-loyal factions of al-Jaysh al-Watani (the National Army) against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, accompanied by exchange of shelling and targeting and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties, this comes less than 24 hours after similar clashes in the area that caused casualties and injuries in the ranks of both parties, and in another context, clashes took place in Mar’anaz area in the northern countryside of Aleppo, between the rebel and Islamic factions against the Kurdish Forces spread in the area, while the Syrian Observatory published that the Syrian Observatory monitored violent clashes in al-Daghlabash area west of al-Bab in the northeastern countryside Aleppo, between a faction of the pro-Turkish “Euphrates Shield” against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, accompanied by shelling by the latter on positions of the first, and the Syrian Observatory documented casualties against the backdrop of the shelling and the clashes, where at least 3 members of al-Hamzah faction were killed and at least one member from the regime forces was also killed, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, as well as information about others casualties, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that following the Turkish targeting of Mar’anaz and Malkiyyeh villages north of Aleppo, the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the Kurdish Forces targeted the cities of Marea and Azaz in the northern countryside of Aleppo by several artillery shells, which injured 4 civilians at least in Marea city, and the damage was limited to material damage in Azaz only, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the outbreak of violent clashes with medium and light weapons, between the rebel and Islamic factions supported by Turkey against the Kurdish Forces in Kafr Khasher village area in the northern countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory monitored artillery shelling carried out by the Turkish forces targeted areas in the villages of Mar’anaz and Malkiyyeh, which are controlled by YPG in the northern countryside of Aleppo, but no information about casualties. and the Syrian Observatory published on the 18th of May 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes took place in Ain Daqneh area and other areas in the northern sector of Aleppo countryside at dawn of today, Saturday, between the rebel and Islamic factions supported by Turkey, against the Kurdish forces present and scattered in the area, which caused casualties in the clashes which are accompanied by targeting by with shells and heavy machine guns, where at least 5 fighters of the factions were killed amid information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties, while the Syrian Observatory monitored heavy and intense shelling by the Turkish Forces with the first hours of the morning, targeted Tal Rifaat and the surrounding places within areas controlled by the Kurdish Forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 4th of May 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes between the pro-Turkey factions of “Olive Branch and Euphrates Shield” against the Kurdish forces that are deployed in the triangle of Shawarghah – Maraanaz – Al-Malikiyah villages in the northern sector of Aleppo countryside, where the factions took the control of the entire village of Maraanaz and advanced into Shawarghah and Al-Malikiyah villages, then they withdrew suddenly from all of the abovementioned points as a result of the Kurdish forces’ shelling and the spreading of landmines in the area, were 3 fighters of the factions were killed due to the explosion of landmines in them in Maraanaz village, in conjunction with exchange of shelling between the Turkish forces against the Kurdish forces that are deployed in the northern sector of Aleppo countryside, where positions of the Turkish forces have shelled positions of the Kurdish forces in areas in Tel Rifaat and Menagh Military Airbase, while the Kurdish forces shelled areas in Maryamin village in the northern countryside of Aleppo, which resulted in the fall of wounded, and this shelling and clashes come against the backdrop of shelling by the Kurdish forces today morning on areas in the vicinity of Azaz in the northern countryside of Aleppo, which resulted in the death of 2 officers of the Turkish forces and the injury of others.
