About 14 people were killed and injured due to barrel bombs dropped by helicopters and Russian bombardment on areas south-east of Idlib

Activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the rotation of several helicopters targeting areas in the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, where a citizen was killed and 7 others were injured due to barrel bombs that targeted Maarshmarin village in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, the SOHR also documented the death of a citizen and the injury of 5 others due to airstrikes carried out by the warplanes of the Russian guarantor on Al-Tah village south-east of Idlib.

Thus, it rose 12 including 3 children, the number of citizens who were killed today, Tuesday, as a result of aerial and ground bombardment which targeted “Putin – Erdogan” area, they are: a man and a child were killed in Russian raids on Hish village, 2 men were killed in Russian airstrikes on Kafr Nubl town, and 2 men were killed in Russian airstrike on Maarrat al-Nu’man city, a child was killed in Russian airstrikes on Banin village in Jabal Al-Zawiya, a child was killed in rocket shelling that targeted Kafr Hamra village in the western countryside of Aleppo, a citizen was killed due to barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Al-Ghadqah village east of Idlib, a citizen was killed due to barrel bombs by helicopters that targeted Maarshmarin village the south-east of Idlib, a citizen was killed due to Russian raids that targeted Al-Tah village in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, and a member of the civil defense died affected by the injury he had as a result of aerial bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Sahl Al-Ghab area in Hama countryside, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of injuries some of whom have seriously wounded.

While it rose to 95, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on Kafruma, Hazarin, al-Rakaya, Hish, Tar’ei, Ma’aret Hurmah, Tal Jaafar, al-Tah, al-Tamanah, Bsida, Jarjnaz, Tell Mannas, Tahtaya, al-Kfir, and Jisr al-Shughur city in the southern and western countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, also it rose to 80, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on al-Tamanah, Hish, al-Rakaya and its surroundings, Deir Sharqi, Jarjnaz, Al-Ghadqah, Tar’ei, Al-Tah and the outskirts of Maarrat Al-Nu’man in the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, also it rose to 44, the number of raids carried out by Russian warplanes on areas in al-Ghadqa, Maarrat al-Nu’man, Deir Sharqi, al-Tamanah, Hish, Kafr Nubl, Sahyan, Al-Tah, Banin, the vicinity of the towns of Armanya and Basida in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, while it rose to 1000, the number of missile and artillery shells launched by the regime forces on places in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, and Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3676, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of August 2019, and they are: 962 civilians including 240 children and 172 citizen women, and they are 212 including 43 children and 41 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 71 including 16 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 493 including 140 children, 82 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 108 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 79 citizens including 26 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1460   fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 951 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1254 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 20th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4204 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1247 civilians including 322 children under the age of eighteen and 236 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 105 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1546 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 996 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1411 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4434 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1330 civilians including 351 children and 250 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 106 people including 31 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1613 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1098 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1491 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
