Syria: car bomb blast in Qamishli

On Sunday, a car bomb explosion in Syria’s northeastern city of Qamishli, state TV reported.

The car blasted close to a high school in the Arbawiyeh neighborhood in the city amid reports of damage, affirmed the report, spelling no more information.

In the meantime, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights stated that the blast also resulted in human losses.

Reports indicate that the city, which is largely controlled by the Kurdish militia in Hasakah Province, is in a state of lawlessness.
