About 25 members and fighters of the regime forces, the factions and jihadis were killed in the ongoing bombardment and battles in the area of Al-Taman’aa south of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a citizen and the injury of others, due to bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Tell Mannas town in the countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man city in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, the bombardment also resulted in the injury of more than 6 others with varying severity, while the clashes are still continuing in areas in the vicinity and outskirts of Al-Taman’aa in the southern countryside of Idlib, between the rebel and Islamic factions on one hand, and the regime forces and their loyal militiamen on the other, in an attack by the latter on the area along with preliminary heavy aerial and ground bombardment, the SOHR documented human losses in the ranks of both parties as a result of the aerial and ground bombardment and clashes in the area, where 16 fighters including 4 jihadis were killed since yesterday after midnight, while 8 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were also killed, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of injuries some of them have seriously wounded, in addition to the presence of information about other casualties.

In the same context, it rose to 44, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Jarjnaz, Kafr Sajna, Al-Taman’aa, Tahtaya, Al-Tah, Al-Deir Al-Sharqi, Tell Mannas, Maarrat Hurmah, Sheikh Mustafa, Hish and the vicinity of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, also it rose to 30, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on areas in Jarjnaz, Kafr Sajna, Al-Taman’aa, Tahtaya, Al-Tah, Al-Deir Al-Sharqi and Tell Mannas, while it rose to 25, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on places in Jarjnaz, Kafr Sajna, Al-Taman’aa, Tahtaya, Al-Tah, Al-Deir Al-Sharqi, Tell Mannas and al-Faqea’, and the area of Kabana in Jabal Al-Akrad, also it rose to 435, the number of missiles and shells through which the regime forces targeted areas in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, Latakia Mountains, and the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3830, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 25th of August 2019, and they are: 984 civilians including 244 children and 174 citizen women, and they are 216 including 43 children and 42 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 79 including 16 women and 13 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 500 including 141 children, 83 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 110 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 79 citizens including 26 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1535  fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1019 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1311 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 25th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4358 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1269 civilians including 326 children under the age of eighteen and 238 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 105 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1621  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1054 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1468 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4588 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1352 civilians including 355 children and 252 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 106 people including 31 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1688 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1156 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1548 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
