More than 540 air and ground strikes target the southern sector of Idlib countryside kill and injure about 20 civilians

It rose to 6, the number of people who were killed today in the Russian airstrike that targeted the southern countryside of Idlib, they are 3 civilians including a woman and her child, after Russian warplanes bombed Bsaqla village in the southern countryside of Idlib, 2 citizens were killed in targeting by the Russian warplanes for Kafrsajna town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and a citizen was killed in Russian raids targeted Ma’aret Hurmah town south of Idlib, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.

In the same context, it rose to 51, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on areas in Ihsim, Sfuhen, Kafr Owaid, Kafrsajna, al-Rakaya, Bsaqla, Kafruma, and al-Ftirah south of Idlib, also it rose to 40, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Ma’aret Hurmah, the vicinity of Kafr Nubl, outskirts of Kansafra, and Kafrsajna in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, while it rose to 24, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on areas in Kafr Nubl, Ma’aret Hurmah, the vicinity of Kansafra, and al-Bara in the southern countryside of Idlib, it also rose to 425, the number of shells and missiles launched by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them on areas in Idlib countryside in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, Latakia mountains, and areas in Aleppo countryside.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3873, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 26th of August 2019, and they are: 998 civilians including 246 children and 177 citizen women, and they are 222 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 79 including 16 women and 13 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 507 including 142 children, 85 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 110 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1550  fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1028 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1325 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 26th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4401 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1283 civilians including 328 children under the age of eighteen and 241 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1636  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1063 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1482 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4631 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1366 civilians including 357 children and 255 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1703 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1165 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1562 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
