Despite successive defeats and daily failures, the regime forces carry out a new attack on Kabani Hills in Jabal al-Akrad amid continued aerial and ground bombardment on Idlib countryside

The Syrian Observatory documented the death of a civilian in Russian airstrikes which targeted farms in al-Tamanah town south of Idlib, while warplanes continue their most violent offensive on the “de-escalation” area since Wednesday morning, where the raids were concentrated in areas in the countryside Maarrat al-Nu’man, east of Saraqib town, and areas of Kabani and al-Khader in the northern countryside of Latakia, while continuous clashes are taking place in Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, between the regime forces and militias loyal to them against the factions and the jihadi groups, where the area is witnessing daily clashes in advancement attempts by the regime forces all which have failed so far, and in the same context, it rose to 46, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on al-Tah, Jarjanaz, Deir Sharqi, Saraqib, Talmanas and other areas in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside, while it rose to 38, the number of airstrikes carried out by the Russian warplanes on places in al-Tamanah, Ma’saran, Tal al-Debs, al-Tah, al-Tamanah, Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, while the helicopters dropped about 12 barrel bombs on Kabani area, while it rose to 460, the number of shells and missiles launched by the regime forces on places in Kafr Nubl and the towns of Hass, Jarjanaz, al-Tah, al-Deir al-Sharqi, al-Deir al-Gharbi, Kafrsajna, al-Aamriyyeh, al-Sheikh Mustafa, al-Rakaya, al-Tamanah, and al-Naqir in the southern countryside of Idlib, and al-Ankawi, Khirbet al-Naqous, and al-Manara in the northwestern countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3981, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of August 2019, and they are: 1017 civilians including 251 children and 180 citizen women, and they are 224 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 514 including 144 children, 85 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 111 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1595 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1049 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1369 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 28th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4509 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1302 civilians including 332 children under the age of eighteen and 244 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1681  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1084 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1526 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4739 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1385 civilians including 361 children and 258 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1748 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1186 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1606 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
