Following the scorched earth policy, the regime forces hold their military points in al-Tamanah and control a strategic hill in conjunction with more than 60 airstrikes targeting the de-escalation area

Clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against factions and jihadi groups in areas southeast of Khan Shaykhun, after the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them hold their control over the entire town of al-Tamanah and the surrounding farms, by encircling the town from its south and east, where the regime forces were able to advance northward and control Tal “Sidi Ali” which oversees Tahtaya town and farms of Om Jalal, while the regime forces are trying to advance towards farms of Om Jalal from two areas in the north and south of the village, and the battles of control coincided with intense ground and air shelling in the clash areas.

And in the same context, regime’s warplanes and warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” continued to bomb towns of the southeastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man which is witnessing continuous battles, where the warplanes and helicopters carried out about 60 raids and airstrikes, including 22 raids carried out by regime’s warplanes targeting Khan al-Sobol and the international road of Aleppo – Damascus, al-Tah, Marshmarin, al-Ghadqa, Om Jalal, Tahtaya, and Babila in Idlib countryside, while warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” carried out about 18 raids on areas of Kabani and al-Khader in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Om Jalal area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, also regime’s helicopters dropped about 24 barrel bombs targeting Talmanas, Marshmarin, and areas in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, the regime forces also launched hundreds of shells and missiles on Tal Jafar, Ameriyah, Kafr Sajna, Om Jalal, the vicinity of Jarjanaz, and al-Ghadqa in the southern and eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, the regime forces also bombed areas of Kabani, al-Kheder, and al-Teffahiyyeh in Latakia countryside, and areas in Sahl al-Ghab at the western countryside of Hama.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 6 Jihadis in clashes at al-Tamanah area in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and 4 members of the regime forces were killed in the same clashes.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4060, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 29th of August 2019, and they are: 1039 civilians including 259 children and 185 citizen women, and they are 224 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 532 including 152 children, 89 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 112 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1625 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1076 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1391 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 29th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4588 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1324 civilians including 340 children under the age of eighteen and 249 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1716  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1111 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1548 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4818 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1407 civilians including 369 children and 263 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1783 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1213 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1628 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
