Violent explosions caused by missile strikes target headquarters of Jihadis in the area between Idlib city and Kfarya town east of the city

More than 7 violent explosions shook the area between Idlib city and Kfarya town east of it on the afternoon of Saturday, the 31st of August 2019, they were caused by missile strikes targeted the headquarters of the Jihadi faction of Hurras al-Dien in the area between Kfarya and Ma’arrat Mesrin, and it is not known yet whether the strikes were carried out by warplanes of the International Coalition from over the Turkish territory or by long-range missiles, and the Syrian Observatory has just published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored military reinforcements brought by the regime forces towards the western and southwestern suburbs of Aleppo city, where military columns of heavy vehicles and soldiers were seen in Menyan area, The 1070-Apartments, and Alassad Suburb, in conjunction with continuous cautious calm within “Putin – Erdogan” area, as part of the new ceasefire that began at 6:00 a.m. Damascus time on Saturday morning, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a military column belongs to the Turkish Forces on Saturday morning to the Syrian territory, through Kafrluseen crossing north of Idlib on the border with Iskenderun, and it consists of armored vehicles and military vehicles seen on the international highway of Aleppo – Damascus, and the column was split into two parts One went to Maarhtat where the Turkish forces have been stationed since the regime took control of Khan Shaykhun, while the other part went to al-Sarman point east of Idlib, and the 14th of July 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a new military column of the Turkish Forces into the Syrian territory on Sunday morning, through the Khirbet al-Jawz border crossing in Idlib countryside, where it consists of 15 vehicles carrying military and logistical equipment and fighters to switch between members of the Turkish soldiers and strengthen their points, where  the convoy moved along with cars of the rebel factions and headed east towards the Turkish observation post in Ishtabraq, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 11th of July 2019, that the Turkish Forces entered a new military convoy to the Syrian territory after midnight of yesterday through Kafrluseen border crossing north of Idlib, where the convoy consists of 20 military vehicles and other vehicles accompanied by military vehicles of the factions, and they headed towards their observation posts in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 9th of July 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a new military convoy into the Syrian territory belongs to the Turkish Forces through Khirbet al-Joz crossing west of Idlib on Tuesday afternoon, the convoy consists of 12 vehicles and a vehicle carrying logistic equipment and Turkish soldiers, accompanied by vehicles of the factions, and the convoy went to the Turkish preservation posts in Jabal Ishtabraq in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, and the Syrian Observatory published on the evening of the 7th of July 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today evening, the entry of Turkish military reinforcements from the border crossing point with Iskenderun, Kafr Lusin, in the north of Idlib, and the column consists of about 30 vehicle including tracked vehicles, tanks and logistic equipment, where it headed to the Turkish posts spread in the “de-escalation” zone, and the SOHR published on the 3rd of July 2019, that monitored the entry of a Turkish column on Wednesday morning, the 3rd of July 2019, to the Syrian territory, it consists of 15 four-wheel-drive vehicles and 2 armored vehicles for transporting soldiers, they entered the border area of Kafrluseen with Iskenderun and headed towards the Turkish observation posts in the Syrian north, while the Syrian Observatory monitored on Tuesday the entry of a military convoy of 35 vehicles, some of which loaded with signal vehicles, entered Bab al-Hawa border crossing with Iskenderun north of Idlib, and headed towards the observation posts at the northern countryside of Hama this morning.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 29th of June 2019 that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an artillery shelling carried out by the regime forces this evening, targeted the Turkish observation post in Shir Mghar village in the western countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties in the 4th round of shelling on the point during the past 48 hours, where the shelling coincided with the entry of the Turkish observation patrol to Shir Mghar point after it passed areas of Morek, al-Sarman, Tal Toqan, Saraqib, Ariha, Maarrat al-Nu’man, and Jabal Shashabo within the “de-escalation” area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today that a Turkish patrol was run on the afternoon of Saturday, the 29th of June, where the vehicles moved from Morek point at the northern countryside of Hama towards the Turkish point in al-Sarman east of Idlib, passing through Maarrat al-Nu’man south of Idlib, and the column consists of 10 Turkish vehicles accompanied by several vehicles of the factions, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 27th of June 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored artillery shelling by the Turkish forces stationed in Shir Mghar, targeting Al-Kareem checkpoint of the regime forces in Sahl Al-Ghab in Hama countryside, followed by targeting by the regime forces to the vicinity of the observatory post by several artillery shells, and in the same context, the SOHR monitored that the rebel factions targeted today evening, positions of the regime forces by rocket launchers in the area of Qabr Feddah and its vicinity in Sahl Al-Ghab in the northern countryside of Hama, and the SOHR published hours ago, that the regime forces carried out artily shelling today evening, targeting the Turkish observation post in Shir Mghar area in the north-western countryside of Hama, in the 3rd round of shelling to hit the Turkish post in Shir Mghar by the regime forces since morning, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the regime forces directly targeted a guarding point and a bulwark of Turkish soldiers within the Turkish post, which resulted in the killing of a Turkish soldier and injured 3 others 2 of whom have seriously wounded, after that, the SOHR’s activists monitored a Turkish warplane and 3 helicopters flying over the “de-escalation” zone to evacuate the injuries present inside the post.

And the Syrian Observatory published this morning, that it monitored rocket shelling by the regime forces targeted Shir Mghar village on Sunday morning, where some of the shells fell on the Turkish point and its outskirts causing fire in the area, where this incident has been repeated recently, also a Turkish convoy arrived in the point of Shir Mghar west of Hama after he entered at midnight of yesterday, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of cautious and relative calm within the so-called “de-escalation” area, which extends from the northeastern mountains of Latakia to the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city passing through countryside of Hama and Idlib, where aerial bombardment on the area has been suspended since 6:00 A.M., amid continuous cautious calm on the front lines of the battles, and the Syrian Observatory published that the Russian warplanes carried out after midnight of yesterday several raids in Orem al-Kubra town and the vicinity of Kafrnaha in the western countryside of Aleppo, where the raids caused hospital “al-Iman” to get out of service, it is located in the vicinity of Orem al-Kubra in the western countryside of Aleppo after being targeted by several missiles, where this hospital is specialized in Gynecology and Pediatric, and the rescue teams worked in evacuating the patients and children from incubators, while the shelling caused injuries among the medical personnel, and in the same context, “Putin – Erdogan” area is witnessing a halt to bombardment in addition to cautious calm in the front lines, as the ceasefire has been in effect since 6 A.M on Saturday morning, while this cautious calm was interrupted by several shells launched by the regime on villages of Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside, and the Russian guarantor announced on Friday a ceasefire from its side that begins at 6:00 A.M. Saturday the 31st of August 2019, but the factions did not announce their position about committing to this ceasefire, also the Russians announced an earlier ceasefire on the 1st of August 2019, provided that Sochi agreement is implemented.

In the same context, regime’s warplanes have been absent since midnight until now, while the helicopters dropped about 8 barrel bombs targeting al-Tah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also launched tens of shells and missiles on areas in Kafrnebbul, Hass, al-Tah, and Hish in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani, al-Kheder, the vivcinity of Mar’and in the northern countryside of Latakia since midnight until 6 A.M. this morning.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the SOHR documented today 4 civilian casualties who were killed today within “Putin – Erdogan” area, they are: 2 citizens were killed as a result of artillery shelling that targeted the vicinity of Maarrat Matr town in the southern countryside of Idlib, a child was killed as a result of bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on a medical point in Al-Zirbah town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and a citizen woman who were killed due to airstrikes carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Kafr Nubl city in the southern countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4101, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 31st of August 2019, and they are: 1045 civilians including 260 children and 185 citizen women, and they are 224 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 533 including 152 children, 89 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 114 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1665 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1087 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1391 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 31st of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4627 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1328 civilians including 341 children under the age of eighteen and 249 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1751  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1122 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1548 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4857 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1411 civilians including 371 children and 263 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1818 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1224 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1628 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
