The new ceasefire begins its 6th day with the continuation of cautious calm within what is left of “Putin – Erdogan” area, after multiple breaches yesterday killed 10 members of the regime forces and the factions
The regime forces targeted by several rocket shells after midnight of yesterday places in the al-Tah and Deir Sharqi in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and in the same context, the new ceasefire within “Putin – Erdogan” area entered its 6th day in a row with cautious calm in the four sectors, where warplanes of the regime and the Russian “guarantor” continue their absence and bombing of the “de-escalation” area since the morning of Saturday, the 31st of August 2019, while the Syrian Observatory monitored yesterday evening the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Tah, Deir Sharqi and His in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Zammar and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and in connection with this, the rebel factions targeted one of the regime forces’ artillery pieces by a guided missile, at the front of Al-Huways in the western countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it documented heavy casualties in the violent clashes that took place between the rebel and Islamic factions against the regime forces and militias loyal to them, in Azaz area in the eastern countryside of Idlib after midnight of yesterday, where 2 fighters of the factions were killed and at least 6 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them were killed, also the clashes left more than 15 wounded of both parties and some of them are in serious situations, which may raise the death toll, in addition to information about other casualties, and in the same context, the regime forces renewed their breaches of the calm of the “Putin – Erdogan” area, by shelling places in Kafrsajna and Arinbeh in the southern countryside of Idlib, also large Russian reconnaissance drones were seen flying in skies of Idlib countryside on Wednesday morning.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4123, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 4th of September 2019, and they are: 1048 civilians including 261 children and 186 citizen women, and they are 226 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 539 including 154 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 115 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1669 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1087 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1406 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 4th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4648 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1331 civilians including 342 children under the age of eighteen and 250 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1755 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1122 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1562 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4879 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1414 civilians including 371 children and 264 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1822 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1224 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1645 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
