The regime forces renew their breaches to the ceasefire agreement through targeting areas south of Idlib by rocket shells
Activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces today evening on the villages and towns of Hish, Hass, Al-Tah and Tahtaya in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces targeted today afternoon, places in Al-Rakaya village in the southern sector of Idlib countryside by several rocket shells, other than that, cautious calm has been continuing in the whole area of “Putin-Erdogan”, and the Syrian Observatory published today morning, that sporadic clashes took place Friday morning between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions in Halban area southeast of Idlib, in an attack by the first on sites of the latter in the area, but no information about casualties so far, and in the same context, the regime forces shelled after midnight and at dawn of today villages and towns of al-Tah, Kafrsajna, Hass, Ameriyah, and Om Jalal in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani hills in the northern countryside of Latakia, while the atmosphere of the “de-escalation” area witnessed an intensive flight of reconnaissance drones, in addition to the flight of a Russian warplane, also, the new ceasefire within “Putin – Erdogan” area entered its 7th day in a row with continued halt of airstrikes since the morning of Saturday, the 31st of August 2019, while the Syrian Observatory monitored a decline in violations significantly during yesterday, Thursday, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored missile strike carried out by the regime forces on areas in al-Ameriyah and Tabish in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad north of Latakia, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented yesterday the death pf a member of the Islamic factions affected by injuries he had in Kabani area in the Latakia countryside.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4124, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 4th of September 2019, and they are: 1048 civilians including 261 children and 186 citizen women, and they are 226 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 539 including 154 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 115 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1670 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1406 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 4th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4648 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1331 civilians including 342 children under the age of eighteen and 250 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1756 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1562 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4880 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1414 civilians including 371 children and 264 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1823 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1645 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
