More than 110 ground strikes target Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside, Kafr Nubl, and Jabal al-Akrad as part of the continuous escalation by the regime forces within the remaining area of “Putin – Erdogan”

The regime forces continue the ground shelling on the rest of “Putin – Erdogan” area for the second day in a row, where it rose to 110, the number of rocket shells launched by the regime forces on Monday, targeting places in Ma’aret Hurmah, al-Rakaya, Tal al-Nar, Kafr Nubl, and Kafrsajna, Maarzita, al-Haraki, al-Tah, Hish, and Deir Gharbi in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, in addition to Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and in the same context, the areas from which the displaced people were displaced are witnessing a shy return of citizens to their homes, mostly to check them and then return to the displacement areas again, because they do not trust the Russians and the Turks, and because they fear that the Russians and the regime may resume their operations at any moment, which means the return of the airstrikes, especially in light of the recent escalation by the regime forces, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the regime forces launched more than 70 rocket and missile shell after midnight of yesterday and morning of today targeting places in Kafrsajna, al-Tah, Rkaya, and areas in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and the shelling targeted Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, while Jihadi groups targeted by rocket shells locations of the regime forces in Waridah area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, also a violent explosion was heard at midnight last night in sites of the regime forces in al-Qassabiyyeh area, believed to be caused by the explosion of an artillery causing casualties in their ranks, also a the ceasefire entered its 10th day in a row within “Putin – Erdogan” area with continued stop of airstrikes, in light of the continuous ground violations on a daily basis, while the Syrian Observatory monitored yesterday night that activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented during this day, more than 160 rocket shells which targeted different cities and towns in the 4 sectors of “Putin – Erdogan” area, where the shelling targeted during this day, areas in Kafr Nubl, Maarshamsheh, Deir Sharqi, Maarshmarin and Naqir in Idlib countryside, the area of Kabana in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, the areas of Sahl Al-Ghab and the villages of Jabal Shashaboo in the northern and western countryside of Hama, Hayyan, Haritan, Anadan, in Aleppo countryside, while the SOHR documented today the death of a citizen due to shelling by rocket launchers on Kafr Nubl city in the southern countryside of Idlib, raising to 2, the number of citizens who were killed since the start of the ceasefire agreement on the 31st of August 2019, other than that, cautious calm has been continuing in the whole area of “Putin-Erdogan”, also the aerial bombardment by warplanes of the the regime and the Russian guarantor have been still halted since Saturday morning the 31st of August 2019, while cautious calm has been continuing in the whole area of “Putin-Erdogan” interrupted by fall of shells on the abovementioned areas since morning as the ceasefire new agreement entered its 9th day in a row.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4127, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 7th of September 2019, and they are: 1050 civilians including 261 children and 186 citizen women, and they are 226 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 540 including 154 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 116 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1671 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1406 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 7th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4652 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1333 civilians including 342 children under the age of eighteen and 250 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1757  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1562 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4883 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1416 civilians including 371 children and 264 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1824 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1645 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
