For the 3rd day in a row, Russian warplanes target what is left of “Putin – Erdogan” area through two raids on a village near the border with Iskenderun west of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed airstrikes for the 3rd day in a row targeted the remaining area of “Putin – Erdogan”, where Russian warplanes carried out raids on Sadd al-Shegher in the western countryside of Idlib, a few kilometers away of the border with Turkey, while the warplanes continue to fly over the area, and the Syrian Observatory just published that the new ceasefire within “Putin – Erdogan” area entered its 13th day in a row, where cautious clam in terms of aerial and ground bombardment prevails all the area, extending from the northeastern mountains of Latakia to the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city passing through the countryside of Hama and Idlib, while the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday places in Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, al-Ftirah, Om Jalal farms, and areas in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and the shelling also hit Zammar area and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo, coincided with the flight of reconnaissance drones in the eastern area of the “de-escalation” area.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4130, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 11th of September 2019, and they are: 1053 civilians including 261 children and 187 citizen women, and they are 227 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 540 including 154 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 117 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1671 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1406 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 11th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4655 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1336 civilians including 342 children under the age of eighteen and 251 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1757  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1562 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4886 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1419 civilians including 371 children and 265 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1824 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1645 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
