The regime forces renew their ground and aerial bombardment on areas in Idlib countryside leaving more civilian casualties and wounded

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a citizen and the injury of 4 others as a result of artillery shelling carried out by the regime forces on Kafrumah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces targeted by rocket shells areas in Maarrat Hurmah south of Idlib and Khirbat al-Naqus in the western countryside of Hama, while the regime’s warplanes renewed their aerial bombardment in the recent hours and targeted Bazabur village in Jabal Al-Arba’in in Idlib countryside, and the SOHR published hours ago that regime’s warplanes continue to fly over the “de-escalation” area in conjunction with carrying out more intensive raids on Idlib countryside, where it rose to 12, the number of airstrikes that targeted places in Maarrat al-Nu’man city and the towns of Hazarin, Sfuhen, and the villages of Maarzita, Jabbala, al-Dar al-Kabira, Bzabor, Binin, and Sarja in the southern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a child in raids carried out on Sarja village in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to other injuries, and the resumption of airstrikes by the regime and the Russians comes after Turkey failed to keep its promises and expel the Jihadi groups of the International Highway of Aleppo – Latakia, and the International Highway of Damascus – Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4132, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 12th of September 2019, and they are: 1055 civilians including 262 children and 187 citizen women, and they are 227 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 541 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 118 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1671 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1406 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 11th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4657 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1338 civilians including 343 children under the age of eighteen and 251 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1757  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1562 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4888 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1421 civilians including 372 children and 265 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1824 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1645 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
