IED explosion in a car belongs to the SDF-loyal Deir Ezzor Military Council in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor injures a commander and his escorts

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a violent explosion was heard Tuesday in al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, it was caused by an IED explosion in a car belongs to the Deir Ezzor Military Council loyal to the Syria Democratic Forces, near the power plant of al-Omar Oilfield in the vicinity of al-Shuhayl town east of Deir Ezzor, which injured him and 3 of his escorts and they were taken to a hospital in Qameshly city.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 361 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 103 civilians including 6 children and 4 women in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 254 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human documented tens of injuries due to these assassinations.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 1st of September 2019 that in the wake the continued security chaos within the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces, unidentified gunmen shot one of the residents in Al-Daman village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which caused his instant death, and the SOHR published on the 31st of August 2019, that an explosion shook al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, it was caused by throwing a hand grenade at the house of the “Head of the maintenance department of the Water Department of Deir Ezzor Civil Council” which caused material damage in the house, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 27th of August 2019 that the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces are still the center of the “Islamic State” organization’s activity and of the assassinations that target both fighters and citizens, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen shot a person near Al-Rayy road (the Irrigation road) in Hawayij village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which caused his instant death.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 23rd of August 2019 that security chaos escalates targeting civilians and military personnel, in conjunction with the increased activity of cells of the “Islamic State” Organization northeast of Syria, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unknown gunmen assassinated a citizen yesterday in al-Kashkiyyeh town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where they shot him directly with machine guns.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 19th of august 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that members of the cells of the “Islamic State” Organization attacked a car belongs to the Syria Democratic Forces with machine guns, which kill one member and seriously injured another on Monday morning in al-Sabha town east of Deir Ezzor, also the private driver of the commander of Deir Ezzor Military Council by one of his companions by mistake, this happened in a vehicle that was carrying them in al-Suwar town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, while the Syrian Observatory learned that 2 unknown men driving a motorcycle opened fire of their silencer pistol in an attempt to assassinate a member of the Syria Democratic Forces in al-Kasar area on the outskirts al-Busayrah city east of Deir Ezzor, which caused him serious injuries, and in another context the Syria Democratic Forces arrested on Sunday night a displaced man in al-Busayrah city who works as a cook in their ranks, they also arrested members of his family, his wife, his daughter who was married to a Tunisian member of the “Islamic State” Organization, and another young member of his family who was a former fighter in the ranks of the Organization, where his family claimed that he had travelled to Turkey at a time when he was hiding.
