ISIS cells attack Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham north Idlib leaving casualties and injuries

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that an armed group believed to be from cells of the “Islamic State” Organization; attacked with machine guns at dawn of today a checkpoint of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham at the entrance to Harem town in the northern countryside of Idlib, which killed a member and injured another, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that an explosion was heard in al-Dana town in the northern countryside of Idlib; just after midnight of yesterday, it turned out to be caused by an IED explosion near al-Sinaa Roundabout north of the town, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 12th of September 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an IED explosion after midnight of yesterday in Saraqib town in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, where the IED exploded inside a shop in the town’s market, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 10th of September 2019 that a new assassination targeted members in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the eastern countryside of Idlib, where bodies of 2 members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham were found and one of whom is of foreign nationality, they were found in their headquarters east of Saraqib in the eastern countryside of Idlib, but no information until the moment about the identity of the perpetrators and the circumstances of their deaths, and with the fall of more casualties it rose to 591, the number of people who were killed in the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, since the 26th of April 2018, the date of starting the security chaos to be escalated in the province, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and another child was with them, and the attorney-general of the Ministry of Justice of the Rescue Government, in addition to 162 civilians including 21 children and 13 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 365 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 64 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 11th of August 2019 that “Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham” continue to pursue cells of the “Islamic State” Organization that operate within areas under its control, where the Syrian Observatory learned that a security force of “Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham” carried out a raid against a house in which ISIS cells were present on the outskirts of Salqin city on the Syrian – Turkish border with Iskenderun west of Idlib, where “Tahrir al-Sham” managed during the operation to kill 2 commanders, one of whom is the Idlib Wali of the “Islamic State” organization after the outbreak of clashes between them while trying to arrest them.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 10th of August 2019 that areas of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the factions in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, are witnessing continuous security chaos despite all attempts by the factions to limit them through the security operation, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the finding of 2 bodies of fighters of Tahrir al-Sham on Saturday morning, they were found on the road of Kafr Takharim – Harim north of Idlib province.
