The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a citizen affected by the injury he had after the regime forces opened live fire on a mass demonstration including hundreds of people, went out at the area separating between the Syria Democratic Forces’ areas of influence and the areas dominated by the regime forces at the outskirts of Al-Salihiyah village north of Deir Ezzor, and the SOHR published on the 20th of September 2019, that it documented during this day the death of 2 citizens and the injury of 11 others after the regime forces opened live fire on a mass demonstration including hundreds of people, went out today afternoon in the area separating between the Syria Democratic Forces’ areas of influence and the areas dominated by the regime forces at the outskirts of Al-Salihiyah village north of Deir Ezzor, and the SOHR published hours ago, that it monitored a large demonstration carried out by people of the towns and villages of Khasham, Tabiya Jazira, Marat, Mazloum, Hatla, and Hussainiyah at the al-Ma’amel roundabout north of Deir Ezzor city, demanding the expelling of the regime forces and the Iranian militias, and they also raised signs demanding the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces to take control of these villages and demanded the stop of the Iranian expansion in the area, and the Syrian Observatory learned that several demonstrators stormed a checkpoint known as “Kaziyyet Saqr checkpoint” near al-Salhiyyeh crossing in the area between the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas and regime forces’-controlled areas, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 19th of September 2019 that Deir Ezzor Civil Council loyal to the Syria Democratic Forces issued a resolution stipulates the reopen of al-Salhiya crossing which connects regime forces’-controlled areas to the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas starting on Saturday the 21st of September 2019, where the Civil Council allocated the exit and entry only for humanitarian and social cases.
