The regime’s helicopters renew their targeting by barrel bombs to the area of Kabana in Jabal Al-Akrad north of Latakia in conjunction with relative calm prevailing the rest sectors of “Putin – Erdogan” area

Activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime’s helicopters targeted Kabana area north of Latakia once again by barrel bombs, while the regime forces shelled by rocket shells, the vicinity of Khan Tuman town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, other than that, cautious calm has been prevailing “Putin – Erdogan” area, while the SOHR monitored hours ago the fall of a rocket shell today afternoon on Halab al-Jadidah neighborhood in Aleppo city controlled by the regime forces, which caused injuries, also the regime forces renewed the rocket shelling on Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad at the northeastern countryside of Latakia, but other than that, the cautious calm continues in the entire area of “Putin – Erdogan”, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the renew of rocket shelling by the regime forces targeting what is left of “Putin – Erdogan” area, where they targeted after midnight of yesterday and this morning using rocket shells places in Ma’aret Hurmah, Sheikh Mustafa, and al-Tah in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, and Jazraya village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, also Tal Jaafar area northeast of Khan Shaykhun witnessed exchange of shelling and targeting between the Islamic and jihadi factions against the regime forces, but no information about casualties yet, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory monitored continuous flight of drones over the southern sector of Idlib countryside since dawn of today Wednesday.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4155, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 23rd  of September 2019, and they are: 1066 civilians including 264 children and 189 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 127 people including 22 women and 23 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1675 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1414 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 23rd of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4680 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1349 civilians including 345 children under the age of eighteen and 253 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1761 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1570 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4911 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1432 civilians including 374 children and 267 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1827 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1653 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
