Vocational training and education centers contribute to reducing the unemployment caused by military operations and help young people in the Syrian north to create jobs through learning and gaining experience

The areas controlled by “Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and factions” in the north of Syria are considered a human reservoir,  where thousands of unemployed young people are present because of the deterioration of living situation in all areas, due to the military operations over the past years, and many unemployed youth are self-reliant in developing their own abilities to enter a business, whether in terms of craft or by developing office skills and expertise to obtain jobs within organizations operating in the Syrian north, where educational centers are active to help individuals acquire experiences and learn crafts, to find a job and using the human energies thrown by winds of displacement to the north of Syria to the.

The majority of people of the Syrian north who are estimated at more than 3 million, are considered displaced by more than two thirds of that number of the youth category, which means that unemployment under the current conditions is at its highest levels, and based on the importance of education and vocational training as it affects several fields, such as the contemporary run and use policies, and employment and economic and social development programs, to keep pace with the work of non-governmental organizations that are active in the Syrian north, and also the direct training in the development of workforce and reducing the high unemployment rate among young people, in addition to addressing the phenomenon of labor shortages in skilled people who are suitable for the requirements imposed by the labor market in the Syrian north, due to that, tens of educational centers have been established that promote multiple courses in the foundations of modern administration and foreign languages, including Turkish and English, computer, office programs, data entry, and courses for the media activists for developing their expertise, also there are tens of centers interested in crafts, like men’s and women’s coiffure, mobile phones maintenance, solar energy and  voltage levers and chargers, and other electrical tools and craft works.

These centers also include educational courses targeted for teachers and students within cadres of organizations dealing with modern teaching methods, and the rehabilitation and psychological support of students, and since their establishment, these centers have witnessed high popularity in the framework of meeting the needs of the market, through developing the technical and professional human resources able to adapt to the reality imposed by the war, where the educational programs and vocational courses are considered a positive factor that directly affects young people, and contributes to self-reliance and provides them with a decent life, away from the aid of relief organizations or being involved in the military factions to earn a living.
