Regime’s helicopters continue dropping barrel bombs on Jabal al-Akrad for the 9th day in a row as Russian warplanes fly over the “de-escalation” area

“Putin – Erdogan” area is witnessing the flight of Russian warplanes Tuesday noon, at a time when regime’s helicopters dropped barrel bombs over Jabal al-Akrad area in the northern countryside of Latakia for the 9th day in a row, while the regime forces shelled areas in the villages of Tremla, Om al-Sir, Hazarin, and al-Tah in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the “Syrian Observatory for Human Rights” documented the death of 3 members of the regime forces including a General, in the explosion of a landmine on one of the areas at northern countryside of Hama yesterday, Monday, and in the same context, the relative calm prevails “Putin – Erdogan” area since yesterday evening Monday until now, in conjunction with breaches by the regime forces for this calm from time to time by targeting by rocket shells areas of Abu al-Duhur and Om Jalal in the eastern countryside of Idlib, while the sky of Idlib province witnessed intense flight of reconnaissance warplanes dawn of this morning.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that regime’s ground forces targeted by several rocket shells, the town of Hish in the southern countryside of Idlib, along with the overflight of a Russian reconnaissance plane that has been monitored by the activists of the Syrian Observatory, over areas in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, in the same context, the Syrian Observatory monitored cautious calm prevailing the “de-escalation zone for hours, and the SOHR published during this day that for the 8th day in a row.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4167, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 1st of October 2019, and they are: 1066 civilians including 264 children and 189 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 127 people including 22 women and 23 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1677 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1089 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1421 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 1st of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4689 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1349 civilians including 345 children under the age of eighteen and 253 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1763 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1124 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1580 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4923 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1432 civilians including 374 children and 267 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1830 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1226 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1663 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
