The exchange of targeting between the regime forces and the factions claims the live of an officer of the former in the northern countryside of Hama

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of an officer (first lieutenant) in the ranks of the regime forces after exchange of targeting by heavy machineguns against the factions in areas in the northern countryside of Hama, where clashes and crossfire take place on a daily basis along the frontline with the controlled areas of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, and the SOHR published today afternoon, that the “Syrian regime’s” helicopters dropped several barrel bombs on Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia on Friday afternoon, as part of the continuous daily targeting in the past 12 days, during which the helicopters were absent for one day only 2 days ago, and in the same context, “the regime forces” renewed the missile shelling on the southern countryside of Idlib, targeting areas in Hazarin and Kafrsajna but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours that the ” regime forces” escalated again their ground shelling on “Putin – Erdogan” area after hours of relative calm, where they targeted this morning by more than 65 rocket shells places in the towns of Ma’aret Hurmah and Maarzita in the southern countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces positioned in Shghidleh Dam shelled al-Eis town, in which there is a Turkish point in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no information about injuries so far, while the Syrian Observatory monitored cautious calm prevails “Putin – Erdogan” area since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, interrupted by the fall of rocket shells launched by the regime forces after midnight on palaces in Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the villages of Hawijah, Midan Ghazal, and al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4171, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 4th of October 2019, and they are: 1066 civilians including 264 children and 189 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 127 people including 22 women and 23 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1679 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1089 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1426 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 4th of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4696 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1349 civilians including 345 children under the age of eighteen and 253 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1765 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1124 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1582 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4927 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1432 civilians including 374 children and 267 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1832 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1226 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1665 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
