The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Al-Hool Statelet which is located in the far south-east of Al-Hasakah city, witnessed a new murder, where the body of a child girl under the age of eighteen who had been displaced from Aleppo city to Al-Hool Camp, was found dead, and sources informed the SOHR that the cause of death is that the victim was choked to death also marks of bruises were noticed on the body, without information so far about the identity of the perpetrator.
And the SOHR published on the 3rd of October 2019, that the tension situation returned to al-Hol “mini-state,” after a new stabbing attack in the camp located in the far southeast of al-Hasakah on morning of Thursday the 3rd of October, and in the details monitored by the “Syrian Observatory:” a young man who is displaced from Hama province died this morning after being stabbed about 15 times with a sharp object by unknown people so far, this incident took place in the 5th Sector of al-Hol “mini-state”, and after that; the “Internal Security Forces” arrested about 10 women from members of the “Islamic State” Organization in the camp to be investigated in the incident.
The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored cautious calm in the “mini-state” of al-Hol at the far southeast of Hasakah, amid the continuation of alert by the “Internal Security Forces and the al-Hol Military Council” by imposing continuous security cordon on the section of the female “migrants” in the camp in case of any emergency, after the events that took place 2 days ago, also all the news and information on the media about the killing of 6 women from families of the “Islamic State” Organization in the incident that took placed 2 days ago are false information, and the Syrian Observatory published on Monday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that special forces of “al-Hol Military Council and the Internal Security Forces,” imposed a tight security cordon around the “female immigrants” section within al-Hol camp at the far southeast of Hasakah city after the events in “al-Hol mini-state” on Monday, and the sources added to the Syrian Observatory that the forces are preventing the exit of any woman from families of the “Islamic State” Organization outside of the immigrant section except with members of “Asayish” and only to buy her supplies, and the Syrian Observatory documented yesterday the death of a woman from families of the “Islamic State” Organization affected by injuries she had from a stabbing by the “Women’s Hisba” which is active in “al-Hol mini-state”, where the woman had a “sentenced” with death, but no information about the charge against her until the moment, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory learned that the “Internal Security Forces” arrested more than 40 women from families of the Organization in the wake of the events witnessed in the al-Hol camp on Monday, while the tension still prevails until the moment amid alert among the “Asayish” in the camp, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that an armed fight took place in al-Hol “mini-state” at the far southeast of Hasakah city, between the “Women’s Asayish Forces” against the Women Hisba of the “Islamic State” Organization, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: a group of women of the Organization inside the camp who are working as Woman Hisba in secret, tried to whip a woman but without knowing the reasons until the moment, before “Woman’s Asayish Forces” intervened to prevent them from doing that, which escalated the situation into a clash using light weapons and firearms between both parties, which caused injuries among them, amid resentment situation about who families of the “Islamic State” Organization were able to obtain weapons, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new stabbing attack took place in “al-Hol mini-state,” where 2 women from the Organization’s families attempted to assassinate an Iraqi refugee, by stabbing him in the abdomen with a sharp wound which seriously injured him.
The Syrian Observatory published on the 12th of September 2019 that chaos continues in “al-Hol min-state” at the far southeast of al-Hasakah, where activities of the supporters of the “Islamic State” organization are increasing in the camp, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the stabbing of a displaced person by women from the families of the “Islamic State” organization, he is an Iraqi man and he was stabbed with a sharp tool in his neck before they fled away, also the man was rescued and provided with first aid, this is not the first time for such a thing, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 5th of September 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources that an Iraqi youth was killed in al-Hol camp in the far southeast of Hasakah, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: two people dressed as women of the “Islamic State” Organization infiltrated the tent of the man at night, and beat him with a sharp object on his head which led to his death, also reliable sources confirmed that the deceased was accused of “Ridda” (apostasy) which is leaving the religion and did that he did not accept the thought adopted ideology of families of the “Islamic State” Organization in the camp, especially the Iraqis, and it is believed that he was killed to apply the “Hudud” against him by supporters of the Organization there, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 4th of September 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources that 2 women from the families of the “Islamic State” organization of non-Syrian nationalities, managed to escape after being transported from Al-Hool Camp to receive treatment in the hospitals of Tal Tamr and Al-Hekmah in Al-Hasaka province.
Also, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 4th September that 2019 as the catastrophic conditions cast their shadow over the medical aspect of al-Hol camp and the failure of all international actors to provide a support to find a solution to the humanitarian catastrophe in the “children’s death” camp; the death continues to claim more lives in al-Hol camp and kills more children, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 23 new children in al-Hol camp, as a result of the poor health and living conditions, shortages of medicines and food, and the acute shortage of medical care, due to the inaction of international organizations, thus, rising to 409, the number of children who have died since the start of January 2019, in a continuation for the death chain in the camp, which is suffering difficult humanitarian conditions after being transformed into a small state with mostly children and women members of the “Islamic” Organization, and reliable sources from inside the camp confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the people in the camp are suffering mainly from the lack of medical supplies and health care, in addition to the decrease of food and lack of movements by the international organizations, and the absence of some others about what is happening in al-Hool camp, in which the daily problems are starting to worsen, and the SOHR published on Saturday, that the humanitarian situation in al-Hool camp in the northeast of al-Hasaka continues to decline, where the great number of people who were displaced in recent months to the camp prevented the local and international relief and medical agencies from continuously providing all the requirements of tens of thousands of people living in al-Hool camp which has been transformed into a statelet due to the massive wave of displacement.
