Russian Forces patrol the area from the Shirawa Township to Tal Rifaat north of Aleppo city

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Russian Forces running intensive patrols within the area extending from Shirawa Township to Tal Rifaat in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where the patrols took the road Deir Jamal towards Kasht’aar village in Shirawa Township, but no information so far about the reasons for intensifying the Russians patrols there, at a time when the area is witnessing daily shelling and clashes between the Turkish Forces and their loyal factions against Kurdish Forces deployed there, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 2nd of October 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the “Turkish Forces” on Tuesday afternoon, on the vicinity of Tal Rifaat town and Menagh airbase in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where positions of the “Kurdish Forces” are located, but no information so far about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Turkish Forces renewed the targeting of areas controlled by the Kurdish Forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where they targeted Tuesday afternoon by several rocket shells places in Bineh and Aqiba at Shirawa Township of in Afrin countryside, and one of the shells landed near the school of the village but no information about casualties, at the same time they targeted using a rocket shell Deir Jamal area north of Aleppo city, causing material damage only.
