Reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham arrested a former Imam and muezzin in one of the mosques of Atarib city in the western countryside of Aleppo, and the sources of the SOHR confirmed that Tahrir Al-Sham fired the Imam previously due to his repeated criticism of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, and the SOHR published on the 6th of October 2019, that activists on the social media launched a campaign under the name “Release the Knight of Aleppo”, demanding the release of the leader “Abu al-Abd Asheddaa” who was arrested by leadership of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, after issuing an arrest warrant against him; for appearing in a video criticizing actions of leadership of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, exposing the income of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham from the crossings and criticizing the austerity policy with the fighters in its ranks, and the fact that it is drifting away of the goal for which Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham was formed.
