Members of a corps close to Turkey beat a shepherd near the frontlines of the southern countryside of Idlib

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources that members affiliated to “Al-Sham Corps” in Tal Al-Sultan village, cruelly assaulted a young man from Tal Al-Sultan village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, because of shepherding sheep at the outskirts of the village, near the frontlines with the regime forces, and the SOHR published on the 5th of October 2019, that reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that a checkpoint of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham opened fire on a group of young men carrying packs of tobacco as they were coming from Afrin area, which resulted in the killing of one of this group while the others managed to escape, and the sources added to the SOHR that the young men carried no weapons and they were walking.
