The regime forces violate the cautious calm in the “de-escalation” area by ground shelling targeted Latakia Mountains and Idlib countryside
The regime forces shelled this morning places in al-Tah town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other places in the areas of Kabani and al-Teffahiyyeh in the northern countryside of Latakia and roads connected to these areas, also the regime forces shelled the villages of al-Kinda, Mar’and, and the vicinity of al-Najeya in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur in the western sector of Idlib province, but other than that; the cautious calm prevails “Putin – Erdogan” area since yesterday evening until the moment, where the “Syrian Observatory” published yesterday that 3 helicopters took turns in targeting the area of Kabani in Latakia countryside, while Islamic factions shelled areas in the villages of Al-Sharia and Al-Huwayz in Sahl Al-Ghab in the western countryside of Hama, and in the same context, the regime ground forces shelled the western parts of Abu Al-Duhur area east of Idlib, without information about casualties so far.
And in connection to this, the SOHR monitored today at noon, 8 helicopters taking turns in dropping barrel bombs on Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia since Wednesday morning, also the Islamic factions shelled positions of the regime forces in Qal’aat al-Madiq and Hwaiz village, while the regime forces targeted the villages of al-Amiqah and the vicinity of al-Sermaniyyeh and other areas in Sahl al-Ghab, and Shahranaz village in the northwestern countryside of Hama Province, and the regime forces also shelled the towns of Kafrsajna and Ma’aret Hurmah in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties so far.
The Syrian Observatory published this afternoon that regime’s helicopters dropped again barrel bombs on Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad Wednesday morning, and in the same context, violent explosions shook the vicinity of Jablah city located in the countryside of Latakia, but no confirmed information so far about the nature of the explosions; whether they were caused by military exercises by the regime forces or if they were missiles targeting against the area, and places in the villages of Rakaya and Maarzita south of Idlib were shelled by the regime forces, while the factions targeted by rocket shells positions of the regime forces in Hwaiz area and other areas in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties.
The Syrian Observatory documented this morning the death of a man and his wife and the injury of 4 others, as a result of targeting by the regime forces using a heat-seeker missile for a vehicle transporting workers working in olive harvesting in al-Bernas area in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur city at the far western countryside of Idlib.
