Exchange of targeting within “Putin – Erdogan” area claims the lives of 6 of the regime forces, factions, and Jihadis

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of 4 members of the regime forces and the injury of others including a colonel, after being targeted by artillery shells by the Islamic factions near Tal Hawash in the northwestern countryside of Hama on Thursday, also the “Syrian Observatory” documented the killing of a member of the factions after being targeted by the regime forces in al-Naqir town area in the southern countryside of Idlib, also an “immigrant” of Saudi nationality of the jihadi factions was killed on Wednesday in the Abandoned Battalion area east of Idlib, during clashes and sniping operations in the contact areas with the regime forces, and in another context, the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, while the regime forces shelled areas in towns of Kafrsajna, Rakaya, Talmanas, al-Tah, Taweel al-Haleeb, and the Abandoned Battalion in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties, while the Islamic factions targeted positions of the regime forces and the gunmen loyal to them in the villages of al-Aziziya and al-Rasif in Sahl al-Ghab.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4186, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 10th of October 2019, and they are: 1073 civilians including 265 children and 190 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 130 people including 23 women and 24 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1690 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1099 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1431 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 10th of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4715 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1352 civilians including 346 children under the age of eighteen and 254 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1776 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1134 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1587 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4946 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1435 civilians including 375 children and 268 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1843 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1236 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1670 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
