The regime forces target by more than 200 rocket shells, towns and villages in the countryside of Aleppo, Idlib and Latakia within “Putin – Erdogan” area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a member of the regime forces by sniper fire by the jihadi groups in the area of Jabal Al-Turkman in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia, while the Islamic factions shelled Tallat Al-Kirkat which is under the control of the regime forces in Hama countryside by mortars, which resulted in the fall of injuries of them, and in the same context, it rose to 14, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on the area of Kabani in Latakia countryside, in 3 rounds of targeting, in the same context, the SOHR monitored more 200 shells and rockets fired by the regime forces through which they targeted the vicinity of Jisr Al-Shughur, Ein Al-Bardah, Al-Tah, Um Jalal, Al-Raffah, Al-Buraysah, Rakaya Sajnah, Maarrat Hurmah, Maar Zita, Kafr Sajnah Al-Helbah, Sheikh Damis, Kafrumah and Al-Barrah in the eastern, southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, as well as the areas of Kabani, Al-Khudur and Al-Tuffahiyyah in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Al-Humayrah village in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4192, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 12th of October 2019, and they are: 1074 civilians including 266 children and 190 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 130 people including 23 women and 24 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1691 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1100 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1434 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 12th of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4721 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1353 civilians including 347 children under the age of eighteen and 254 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1777 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1135 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1591 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4952 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1436 civilians including 376 children and 268 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1844 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1237 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1674 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
