In conjunction with the flight of reconnaissance drones over the “de-escalation” area, the regime forces shell countryside of Aleppo and Idlib
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the death of a woman affected by injury she had in an attack targeted Maarrat al-Nu’man clinic with artillery shells from positions of the regime forces several days ago, while the regime forces shelled the villages and towns of Hawir al-Eis, Abad, Khan Tuman, Qal’ajiyyeh and Khalsa in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and al-Tah in the southern countryside of Idlib, at the same time, Russian reconnaissance drones flew over the southern countryside of Idlib, while the relative and cautious calm prevailed throughout the “de-escalation” area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a member of the jihadist factions and the injury of 3 others, in clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the western areas of Abu al-Duhur town; in the eastern countryside of Idlib at midnight of yesterday, also the regime forces launched heavy artillery targeting al-Sqi’eiyyeh village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, but other than that; the cautious calm prevails the 4 sectors of the “de-escalation”.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4195, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 15th of October 2019, and they are: 1076 civilians including 267 children and 191 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 132 people including 24 women and 24 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1692 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1101 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1434 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 15th of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4724 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1355 civilians including 348 children under the age of eighteen and 255 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1778 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1136 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1591 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4955 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1438 civilians including 377 children and 269 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1845 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1238 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1674 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
