Guided missiles target a civil car in the north of Hama in conjunction with aerial bombardment by barrel bombs and about 200 shells that targeted the “de-escalation” zone during this day

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 2 citizens after the regime forces had targeted their car by a guided missile in Kura village in Jabal Shashaboo, separately, helicopters bombarded Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia by barrel bombs, along with the overflight of reconnaissance drones over the area, and in the same context, it rose to 190, the number of artillery and rocket shells that targeted new places in the area of Abu Al-Duhur, Kafr Nubl, Hass, Kafrumah and Maarrat Hurmah in the south and east of Idlib province, Khalseh village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the area of Jabal Shashaboo in the northern countryside of Hama.

In the same context, the SOHR monitored hours ago, that the Russian warplanes renewed the bombardment for the third time during the day on Idlib Province, where they carried out 3 new raids and targeted Kafrsajna town in the southern countryside of Idlib, without any information about casualties, also it rose to 170, the number of artillery shells and missiles that targeted new places in Abu al-Duhur area, Kafr Nubl, Hass, Kafruma, and Ma’aret Hurmah south and east of Idlib province, and Khalsa village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and in the same context, the regime forces who are positioned in “Tal Mammo” targeted a civilian car using a guided missile in Hwair al-Eis area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, which injured a child and caused material damage, also the Russian warplanes re-bombed the “de-escalation” area targeting the towns of Rakaya and Sajna in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, the Russian warplanes also launched 4 consecutive raids this morning targeting al-Rakaya village in the southern countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4198, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 17th of October 2019, and they are: 1079 civilians including 267 children and 192 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 134 people including 24 women and 24 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1692 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1101 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1434 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 15th of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4727 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1358 civilians including 348 children under the age of eighteen and 256 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1778 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1136 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1591 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4958 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1441 civilians including 377 children and 270 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1845 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1238 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1674 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
