Lebanese “Hezbollah” settles new families in Yabroud at the Western Qalamoun in Rif Dimashq

Rif Dimashq province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: in mid-September 2019; Hezbollah brought several families of Lebanese fighters to Yabroud city in the Western Qalamoun in Rif Dimashq, and according to the Syrian Observatory, the Lebanese Hezbollah militia took tens of families of its fighters to Yabroud and gave them houses near al-Mashfa Street in al-al-Qa’aa neighborhood, which the militia evacuated in coordination with the Syrian regime’s intelligence services months ago, this was preceded by operations of mass transfer of families from the outskirts of the capital Damascus, and the acquisition of tens of houses by Hezbollah’s militias in the neighborhoods of Yabroud, owned by opposition figures present in the Syrian north and others outside Syria, while local sources told the Syrian Observatory that militia of the Lebanese “Hezbollah” confiscated a large number of houses in Flita town at the border with Lebanon, in conjunction with bringing families of their fighters to Yabroud, while it seems that the Hezbollah is preparing to transfer other families to Flita, which is considered one of its most important positioning areas in the Western Qalamoun.
