Kidnapping, looting, stealing, murder, and robberies, the Turkey-loyal factions continue their violations over an area estimated to be one quarter of Lebanon’s area
The areas to which the Turkish Forces and the factions loyal to them have gained control within the east Euphrates area; are witness continuous violations, where once the factions control the area they begin to loot, steal, intimidate, and rob the citizens, and sometimes kill them, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights” continues to monitor violations of the factions, where reliable sources information the Syrian Observatory that the Turkey-loyal factions kidnapped an old woman, her husband, and a child in Ja’adah village in Tal Abyad area, and the kidnappers demanded their family to pay a ransom of 10 million Syrian pounds, also the factions had previously liquidated 5 people of the family of the elderly woman in the area.
The Syrian Observatory published on the 17th of October 2019 that the Turkey-loyal factions continue the looting operations in the areas that they controlled in Tal Abyad area, at the border strip in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, where sources of the “Syrian Observatory” informed that groups of factions stolen houses and their contents after displacing their people as a result of “Peace Spring” operation, in addition to burning them after looting them, also the cattle are being stolen in villages of Tal Abyad, recalling practices of the factions during the operation of controlling Afrin, and the looting of people’s property and the continuous violations until the moment there.
