Barrel bombs target the northern countryside of Latakia .. and about 44 airstrikes were carried out by the Russian jets on “Putin – Erdogan” area during this day

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a member of the Islamic factions and the injury of others due to bombardment by the Russian warplanes on areas in the southern countryside of Idlib, in the same context, helicopters bombarded the area of Kabani in Latakia countryside by barrel bombs, also the Russian warplanes bombarded Jbala town in the southern countryside of Idlib, raising to 44, the number of raids that have targeted the “de-escalation” zone since morning, and in the same context, the regime’s ground forces shelled areas in Tal Al-Nar, Rakaya Sajna, Hazarin, Jbala, Maarrat Al-Sin, Maarrat Hurmah and Taftanaz in Idlib countryside, Zayzun and Al-Qarqur in Sahl Al-Ghab in the western countryside of Hama, as well as the area of Kabani in Latakia countryside, and this is the first escalation of its kind since the new cease-fire agreement agreed upon on the 31st of August 2019, the SOHR also documented the death of a man and his wife in “Binnish” town as well as the injury of others with varying severity as a result of bombardment by Russian warplanes on a camp in the farmlands inhabited by displaced families in the vicinity of Taftanaz town in Idlib countryside, while the regime forces shelled by artillery, the village of Khirbat al-Naqus in the western countryside of Hama, Khan Al-Asal in the southern countryside of Aleppo, Moka, Al-Amiriya and the frontlines in the southern countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4203, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 19th of October 2019, and they are: 1083 civilians including 267 children and 193 citizen women, and they are 230 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 136 people including 24 women and 24 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1693 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1101 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1434 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 19th of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4732 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1362 civilians including 348 children under the age of eighteen and 257 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1779 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1136 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1591 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4963 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1445 civilians including 377 children and 271 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1846 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1238 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1674 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
