Members of the pro-Turkey Division of Al-Hamzah kidnap a young man and burn the house of another one and steal his car as a part of the division’s violations in “Ras Al-Ayn”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that members Al-Hamzah Division which is one of the Turkey-loyal factions, have kidnapped a young man, Mohamed Al-Abboud, in “Tal Halaf” area in Ras Al-Ayn city, after he refused to hand in his motorcycle and mobile phone to the members of the checkpoint, and according to the sources of the SOHR; the members of the checkpoint who are affiliated to Al-Hamzah Division have kidnapped the young man, and he is hold now in a house near “Al-Hasan Gas Station”, where this house is the headquarters of Al-Hamzah Division.

The sources of the Syrian Observatory also unveiled a new violation committed by Al-Hamzah Division, where members of the pro-Turkey faction stole a car owned by the citizen, Hamad Al-Khalaf, in addition to stealing more than one mobile phone, and according to the sources; Al-Khalaf is a citizen and has no any political or military activities, he is also an Arab not a Kurd, nevertheless, his house has been burnt, and the sources detected that the stolen car is located now in Al-Alya silos.
