The Turkish forces and factions loyal to them attack a village in Tal Abyad countryside north of Al-Raqqah

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the outbreak of fierce clashes between the Syria Democratic Forces on one hand, and the Turkish forces and the “Syrian National Army” loyal to them on the other, in the countryside of Tal Abyad city north of Al-Raqqah, against the backdrop of an attack carried out by the latter on positions of the former in Al-Kafif village in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, and the SOHR published hours ago, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the Syria Democratic Forces have completely withdrawn from Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city, where tens of military vehicles went out with the medical convoy that entered the city on Sunday morning to evacuate the injuries and transport the bodies, and the Syrian Observatory just published that members of the Syria Democratic Forces began to withdraw from Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city at the border strip in al-Hasakah countryside, in conjunction with the departure of the medical convoy that entered this morning to get the injured and wounded and transport the bodies out of the city, and the Syrian Observatory just published that medical sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that 28 civilians lost their lives during the past 5 days inside Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city, as a result of shelling and targeting of the besieged city, and the sources added that some of the bodies are in the hospital of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) and some of which are thrown in the streets, after being targeted by snipers of the factions as they were leaving their homes to buy their daily needs, and no one was able to reach the bodies yet, also other bodies are inside the houses and the medical teams were unable to come to them and help them due to the siege, also 13 members of the Syria Democratic Forces were killed in the same period in shelling and clashes.
