Within the escalating security chaos in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, unidentified people abduct citizens from al-Busayrah city east of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory learned that unidentified gunmen kidnapped a citizen from al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and according to sources of the Syrian Observatory: the kidnapping took place when the citizen went to hand over 1000 USD after receiving threats and extortion to pay the money, but he was kidnapped while he was going to give them the money.
