Injuries in a car bomb explosion in front of the headquarters of the Turkey-loyal “al-Majd Legion” in Tal Abyad city in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah

Violent explosion shook Tal Abyad city which is controlled by Turkish forces and the Turkey-loyal factions on Thursday morning, caused by a car bomb explosion in headquarters of the Turkey-loyal “al-Majd Legion,” which caused casualties, where at least 4 people were injured and information about the death of people in the bombing, while areas in Tal Abyad countryside north of al-Raqqah are occasionally witnessing sporadic clashes, between the Syria Democratic Forces against the Ankara-loyal factions.

The Syrian Observatory just published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored cautious calm all over the east Euphrates area since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, amid anticipation of what will happen to the situation after the Russian – Turkish agreement, and in this context, reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the Syria Democratic Forces withdrew from several locations and points located between Darbasiyah and Amuda in al-Hasakah countryside at the border with Turkey, while some civilians are expected to try to return to Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city, while other locations in the countryside of Ayn Issa and others in the countryside of Tal Tamr witnessed clashes between the Turkey-loyal factions against the Syria Democratic Forces on Wednesday evening, and in the same context, the return of civilians to their homes in Darbasiyah and Amuda continues after the Russian – Turkish agreement.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this morning a partial return of life in Darbasiyah city after the Russian – Turkish agreement about the east Euphrates area, and according to sources of the Syrian Observatory: life has partially returned to the city market and the movement of cars partly started to return to normal, while several displaced people continue to return to their homes, amid cautious calm ahead of the implementation of the agreement between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a mortar shell fell on the building of Abu Rasin Municipality, without resulting in fall of casualties, where the building was empty as the employees had fled due to the unstable situations in the area, and according to sources of the SOHR; the shell was launched from Tal Tamr Township, while sources said “there is news about that Turkey will advance into a distance of 130 km, which means that Turkey will enter Abu Rasin area.”

At the same time, reliable sources told the SOHR, that a sleeper cell of Jabhat al-Nusra was arrested in Al-Safah village, while the sources pointed to the fact that the situations are completely calm and stable in Al-Darbasiyah, in the shadow of the residents’ return to their areas from which they displaced during the past days, and the sources said “the SDF evacuated a position in Al-Hawashiyah village which is located about 1 km away from the Turkish border, and there is news about the fact that a post of the regime and the Russian military police will be established, and there are Turkish reconnaissance drones flying over the area.”
