Jihadi groups desperately repel regime forces’ attacks on Jabal al-Akrad causing them heavy casualties for the third day in a row

4 helicopters of the Syrian regime took turns in dropping barrel bombs on Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, in conjunction with the continuation of clashes in the area between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the Islamic factions and the jihadi groups, where the Jihadi factions managed to destroy a tank and a wheel loader of the regime forces, also tens of members of the regime were killed and wounded during the clashes that were renewed for the third day in a row on Saturday morning, and in another context, the rebel and Islamic factions shelled positions of the regime forces in Hwaiz town and Hersh al-Karakat in Hama countryside, also the regime forces shelled Mar’aand village, al-Kenda, and al-Janudiyyeh in the western countryside of Idlib, and al-Naqir, Sheikh Mustafa, Ma’aret Hurmah, Maaret al-Sin, Hazarin, Maarzita, Kafrsajna, Babulin, Rakaya, Muqah, Amiriya, Hish, al-Tah, Tahtaya, al-Deir al-Sharqi in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Zayzoun in the western countryside of Hama.

The Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory documented the rise of death toll in the last 48 hours, where more than 19 were killed during the past two days of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them including officers, and 15 fighters of the jihadi groups.
