The regime forces complete their deployment along the border line between Amuda and Darbasiyah until locations east of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces completed their deployment along the border line connecting Amuda and Darbasiyah, in addition to Dahr al-Arab and Kasr east of Ras al-Ayn city, where they spread at border posts located in the above mentioned area in accordance with the Russian – Turkish agreement and the regime forces agreement with the SDF, as SDF continue their withdrawal from the area there, the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of the regime forces to Dahrat al-Arab village, and they established a security point and positioned inside the village near the Syrian – Turkish border north of al-Hasakah; on the road of Ras al-Ayn – al-Darbasiyah.

The Syrian Observatory published today that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces have deployed in al-Kasra, Hliwah, al-Asdiyah, Abu Rasin, Madaba, Bab al-Khair, Salhiya, and Ghaziriyyah located between Tal Tamr and Ras al-Ayn after the Syria Democratic Forces withdrew from them, who in turn continue to withdraw from villages on the border in the areas of Amuda and Darbasiyah, where the Syrian Observatory has just published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the withdrawal of the Syria Democratic Forces from Sanjak Saadoun village and other villages in Amuda area at the border with Turkey, in accordance with the Russian – Turkish agreement that states SDF should withdraw to a distance of 32 km deep in the area, amid expectation for more withdrawals from other areas in accordance with the agreement, the Observatory also monitored the passage of Russian military vehicles from Ayn Issa town on Sunday morning, the vehicles headed to al-Hasakah – Aleppo highway known as the M4 road. And in the same context, the cautious calm prevails the contact areas in the vicinity of Ayn Issa after clashes in the area during the night hours, while clashes are taking place between the regime forces and the Syria Democratic Forces against the Turkey-loyal factions, in places within Abu Rasin area in the area connecting Tal Tamr and Ras al-Ayn, in conjunction with the continued deployment of the regime forces in the area, while the Turkey-loyal factions are still about 10 km away of Tal Tamr town.
